I was a bit dissapointed in this subway in that their customer service was half/half. It really depends on your luck of the draw. Location: Walkable, several blocks from Metro Center. Good to use public transit, walk. Advisable not to drive as parking is extremly difficult. Service: Customer service was half half. I had soup and the female worker at the store was nice enough to heat it for me. 4 – 5 stars for her. However, her male coworker was agitated and having a bad day. He seemed annoyed that I wanted non fat mayo even though he never asked me which one I wanted before putting it onto the sandwich(just assumed that I had wanted the regular one). He appeared a bit unhelpful and unhappy with his day, but one should never treat a customer like that. Therefore, service is balanced with a 3 star. Ambiance: Feels a bit cramped. No sitting space. It’s a grab and go place. Closed WAY early on Easter Sunday and I was a bit annoyed as they did not specifically post that they were going to close early. However, there’s another Subway nearby. Food: I got the $ 5 dollar footlong and it’s a great value. 4 stars for the sub. Overall, Subway is consistent, generally speaking, with the quality fo their subs. I am a big fan of the 5 dollar special yet their customer service is really dependent on which location you go to. Note: Does not take the Subway point card yet. Apparently, according to the manager here, none of the Washington DC ones do yet, but they will soon(later this year).

Évaluation du lieu : 3 New York, NY
Due to the security measures of the building I work in, visitors without government badges have to be escorted in by someone who does have a government-issued badge. I had to let out one of my teammates so he could get lunch, and figured I’d go ahead and tag along, since I’d have to come back downstairs and let him in anyway. That’s how I ended up at Subway. Since I was there anyway, I figured I’d compare their chocolate chip cookies to Potbelly’s — they’re both chain deli sandwich shops, so their offerings should be pretty much on par, right? The menu board listed a cookie at $ 0.89, so I gave my coworker a dollar for a cookie(since he was already in line). When he came back with his order in hand, apparently he had managed to obtain three cookies for a dollar! Three! Who was I to complain? I’m all about chocolate chip cookies! Alas, these were nothing like the crispy-on-the-outside, moist-on-the-inside, gooey chocolate chip goodness of Potbelly. Not that the cookies were outright bad. They were just totally underwhelming. Le sad. I’d rather spend a buck to have one phenomenal cookie rather than three blah ones. I won’t be coming back here. Meh. Bonus points for quantity, if not quality.
