These ladies just made me a loyal customer. I purchased one of the Crystalline Stardust pens(the ones with the pretty crystals in the middle) a few months ago at the Swarovski store in Las Vegas. This was my birthday present to myself and I LOVE that pen. I carry it everywhere with me and I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on it. It is glittery and fabulous and I just adore it. To say that it is my favorite pen is an understatement. It recently ran out of ink, so I tossed the old cartridge, with the intention of replacing it as soon as I could find the new one(it was stashed in a drawer somewhere). I thought I knew what I was doing, but when I went to insert the new one(a few days later), I realized that I’d accidentally thrown part of the cartridge away… Seriously? :/ I took my pen to this store, explained to sales associates what happened, and I asked them what my options were. They were friendly and understanding and worked to help me find a solution. Cheyenne, one of the associates, took my pen and searched their inventory, trying to find a replacement piece for it. None could be found, so she replaced my beloved pen, free of charge. She also informed me that the next time the cartridge needs to be replaced, that they would be happy to do it at the store for me. I hugged the Cheyenne and thanked her profusely. This made my entire day and made me feel valued as customer. I can’t thank these ladies enough for both their patience and their help, and for giving me back something that means so much to me.
