I cannot say enough about Tangent…
So you’re in the market for a new job. Certainly ranks up there as one of the top stressors in life. Tangent is by far the BEST of the best.
First, I’ll say that I met with another head hunting service and it was a nightmare. They made me feel like I was barely qualified for anything. Incredibly dismissive and insensitive. 1 star for them.
Then I went to Tangent. First and foremost: They CARE. They genuinely care about their clients and about their candidates (you!). They want to match the best person with the right client so everyone is happy. You are finding your professional home — a place where you spend the bulk of your waking hours. Happiness should absolutely be a part of that equation and Tangent strives for that. I found myself feeling like a million dollars every time I talked to my recruiter. She was just so helpful and guided me through each and every interview before and immediately after. (Her colleagues are just as awesome!)
They really do take the time to get to know you so they can help find your strengths (and weaknesses) and guide you in the right direction. They want their clients to hire their perfect fit and they want you to be happy — happiness equals productivity. They join you on this journey. And after you get the job — they still call you a couple times that first year just to check in and make sure all is well. Again — because they care!
I have had to use them a couple of times — one being that my old company went under. And now I am very happily at a fortune 300 company where Tangent placed me! But trust me, if you are looking for a job, and you want to be at a top notch company because you value hard work, Tangent is the best.
