U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement

I have an immigration plan.
1. implement a lax visa program so that anybody can overstay a tourist visa with no fear of enforcement and they can eventually become a legal resident via a forgiveness program or social security fraud.
2. provide free health care for illegal immigrants so that they have one less reason to rethink coming here.
3. give away u.s. citizenship to children of illegal immigrant mothers so that it becomes politically impossible to deport the mother. we can call this phenomenon «anchor babies». this will encourage a black market industry called «birth tourism».
4. give that same illegal mother medi-​cal automatically so that she can be rewarded for gaming our laws.
5. implement a sponsorship program in which a legal resident can «promise» to financially support their family members who want to immigrate to this country, but have zero enforcement of these contracts.
6. have the immigration offices and the social benefits offices not communicate with each other so that a «sponsored» immigrant can apply for benefits in violation of the agreement they signed when they came here.
7. do not require sponsored immigrants to have any english language skills or any understanding of the american political, economic, social, and cultural systems, so that american society will be forced to accommodate them in public institutions, hospitals, etc. in the form of free translation and other services. we will call this utter lack of assimilation «diversity.»
8. do not enforce existing immigration employment law so that employers have no fear of punishment for knowingly hiring illegal immigrants.
9. implement a program (I propose to call it a 340B program) in which educated people from other countries are recruited to the u.s. in order to «fulfill certain economic needs» and tout it as being «good for our country.» we should focus on certain professions such as tech, engineering, nursing, and medicine because these are fields in which our country’s education programs fail by either not producing enough graduates or whose graduates need further on-​the-​job training. in this way, employers can avoid the cost of training new graduate americans and hire cheaper immigrant labor instead. an added bonus for the corporations is that because the visas are contingent upon their sponsorship, the companies are guaranteed obedient employees who cannot look for work elsewhere for fear of visa revocation and deportation.
10. allow legal immigrants to come to this country regardless of whether they are in a profession that is already saturated here (nursing, pharmacy, etc.), further squeezing the middle class and pushing down wages.
11. foster a public culture in which showing any displeasure toward the above policies is labeled «racist» and «unamerican».
wait a second… this plan is already being implemented perfectly. everybody can rest easy. nothing more needs to be done.
