Avoid this retailer at all costs! I went in a month ago. Waited patiently for assistance. Was told I had to wait a month to be eligible for an upgrade. Returned yesterday. I upgraded to the Galaxy Note 3. My sales rep advised the Manager that I was entitle to a $ 100 rebate but the Manager told him it was not available on this phone. I was charged $ 199 for the phone. I went home and found the same phone on sale at Best Buy for $ 99.99. I returned to the store and spoke with the Manager. His response?
«What do you want me to do about it?» When I asked for a refund he told me I would be charged a restocking fee of $ 30 and he claim a earphones came with the phone!!!
Another sales person informed me that Best Buy sold re-​furbished phones. I took my refund and am headed to Best Buy. I would strongly advise others to follow suit.
Shop around… but not here.

I had been experiencing some operating issues with my LG Ally. Representatives at other Verizon Wirless locations were unable to help me until I found Rich King at the Capitol Hill Wireless Zone. He diagnosed my problem and the phone was up and running in a few minutes. I was so pleased with his knowledgeable, helpful and patient service that I returned this winter and upgraded to an iPhone 4s. This is the only Verizon Wireless location that I will go to in the future and luckily it is right in my neighborhood.

I’m a longtime Verizon customer and have always gone to Verizon Wireless stores, so I was weary of going to a Verizon «authorized» retailer. I was pleasantly surprised by the great services of this Wireless Zone location. Rich King (I think is the sales associate’s name) was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my millions of questions and uncertainties in making the jump from Blackberry to iPhone. I definitely will go back to this place for future service and accessories and when it’s time to get a new phone.
