Excellent Verizon store to visit. Never any lines and amazing staff!

I was out shopping in Georgetown recently and while I was out I was having issues with my phone, so I happened to stumble across this store. I went into Verizon with questions about storage on my phone and how to utilize it better and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received with an associate(or maybe assistant manager, not sure) named Wais. He was very patient with me and showed me exactly what to do to my phone so that I could take pictures again. I am not that«tech savvy» and he was kind and took the time to walk me through how to use more features on my phone. He recommended a case for my phone as well b/c I was concerned about scratches on my phone but I normally hate the«feel» of cases. Based on his expertise and knowledge, he recommended a case that didn’t feel too bulky and gave me the protection I needed. The store was busy but he still took the time to give me the customer service experience I was expecting. I would definitely come back to DC(I live in VA) to see Wais again when it’s time for a new phone. Excellent Customer Service!!!

I too wish I could give this store 0 stars. What a nightmare. So much miscommunication. The employees could care less about the customer and they make it very clear they don’t want to help you. I visited and called the store a couple times and had this experience with everyone there but mostly the negative experience is with regard to the store manager. Shut this location down and put a worthwhile retail store in!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I should have know from past experience to NEVER ever use an authorized retailer. I am actually shocked that such an established brand would let such shenanigans go on within their brand. Anyhoo, I wandered into this store on a Sunday evening a few minutes before closing. I was well overdue for a phone. The sales guy tried to talk me into some crazy new plan but I wasnt interested. I bought a new i-phone and a coule other items. We programmed the phone right away. I guess in his haste to close the store, he neglected to put the iphone box in my bag. I realized it when I got home. I certainly needed my charger and my headphones. I also need the box for proof of purchase for a rebate he told me about. The first time I called the store, the person said, oh yes, the box is right here. We will mail it to you. After about a week I called again. the person said oh yes it is in the back we will mail it to you. In the meantime, I called verizon customer service and they literally told me there was nothing they could do. The box arrived a few days later. It didnt have the headphones or the charger that should have been inside. Someone had tossed a dirty ised charger in the box and mailed it to me. Oh and the rebate he told me about didnt apply to the merchandise I purchased. These folks are snake oil salesman!
