While the food is great, it is not in a great neighborhood. I ate there this past weekend and discovered a beer bottle wedged under my tire(only after backing up and flattening my tire). Sadly they do not have cameras on the front of the building so I have no way catching the scum.

New menu and entrees are discounted at 20% for a limited time. Everything was amazing. It all tasted fresh, made in house, can’t wait to go back.

Menu has changed at the Dayton location for the worse. They took away several of the most authentic and best items on the menu. No longer going back. It’s sad. Oh well; seems to be modus operandus for most restaurants. Good news for them is, most people won’t notice a difference. As long as there is American style pasta and Chef Boyardee style tomato sauce, and plenty of wine, they’ll be happy. My new name for Carraba’s is «Olive Garden Deluxe». If you like Olive Garden, you’ll love the Dayton Carraba’s.

Just went here yesterday and was not pleased. I received my food which had a hair in it. I had to fight off flying gnats even though it was below freezing outside(must have been spoiled food in the kitchen). Our waitress got my mom’s order wrong, was unapologetic, and sat there with no food while everyone else ate theirs. You won’t see me here again

Now here’s an example of a chain that doesn’t «phone it in!!» It was our first time here(met up w/family), and after some less than stellar area«big box/chain» restaurant visits, we were just a bit wary of what we would/wouldn’t find. Luckily, this place knows how to get things done… Chain or no chain, your dining experience should be reasonably comfortable, clean, cozy… and DELICIOUS! We found it all here at Carrabba’s, with great service to boot! LIGHTYEARS ahead of the«Garden of Olives/pseudo Italian Food» or other booooring area chains! Just about all the apps, entrees, drinks and desserts were VERY tempting(I’d recommend checking out the online menu ahead of time!!) and we had some trouble deciding. I loved my red wine sangria(get the large, it’s worth it!!) our shared antipasta plate(mmmmmmm, great calimari!!) and after some back and forth, my mezzaluna(half moon ravioli in a creamy/tomato-y sauce) was great too(soooo sad I left my leftovers on the table when we left!!!). Some great marsala dishes, creative pizzas and flat breads, and wonderful looking salads as well. We were all too full for dessert, but when in the area, wouldn’t object at all to a return visit…

Always good. I tend to order either the Prosciutto wrapped pork loins or the Marsala chicken and steak. I wasn’t crazy about the chicken bryan, too rich for me, but you have to try new things right? The spicy lentle soup they have is soooo good I wish I could buy it in store. The bread is good, the brick oven pizza is good. Oh my god the waitresses are all hot too, if that matters to you. Been here at least 30 times, never had an issue at all. I am strategic about the hour I go, usually on the weekends as they open, around noon.

This is a family favorite. My wife and I come here a lot. It is a great place to take a date. There food is the best around and there service is very good. The bread and spice they give you is addicting. This current visit to Carrabba’s was great the server was very quick and at the top of his game. He took our order and the food to our table quickly. He also made sure we had our refills quicly. The dining room was very clean. The bathrooms were also well kept. Carrabba’s is one of my top recommended restaurants for a date.

We arrived with a large party and called ahead. Still had to wait 45 minutes at 8pm. The drinks were poured nicely and the waitress was pleasant. Food arrived quickly and was very well prepared. This was a decent chain Italian restaurant.

Whenever you’re looking for a low-key, romantic, non-bank breaking date night out. This is the place. Our server made us feel like we were at Jay Alexanders or something! And boy, can those people make a steak! I love the place. I also ordered 3 cocktails(what is this drink rule you speak of?) and they were around $ 6. I mean, in bigger cities that would have easily added $ 33 to our meal. I was a happy girl.

This was our 13th New Year’s Eve spent with these friends at this Italian Restaurant, the Centerville Carabbas. Wonderful menu with something Italian for everyone. We each ordered different entrée’s with appetizers, salads and wine. Memories are made of this.

I enjoy eating at Carabba’s. The atmosphere is inviting. The noise level is good. The food is tasty. The service is excellent. What more can I say? Carabba’s has a classic décor. The soft lighting and smooth music set the tone for a great dinner experience. I have always been tended by friendly and knowledgable staff. The bread is warm and tasty. I love a place that serves fresh bread. I have yet to taste a dish that I don’t like. The pizza is also delish. I haven’t eaten any deserts because the pasta is always filling and I have no room. If you like pasta, definitely give this chain a visit.

I’ve always enjoyed Carraba’s so I visited again for Veteran’s Day 2014. I ordered the sausage soup(over the top salty) and then the chicken noodle soup(not as salty but still too salty) then a caesar’s salad, which was fresh and delicious. I also ordered the CHICKEN, BACONANDSUNDRIEDTOMATOFLATBREAD. I really liked it. It’s heavier tasting having bleu cheese and balsamic vinegar, but good! I love the free, small loaf of italian bread and the olive oil/spices mixture. I don’t normally eat a lot of bread, but this one I can eat. lol Caio!

Food was ok. Very Noisy kitchen staff. Too close to food prep area. Waiter was clumsy slamming dishes on table when serving. I don’t think we will go back. It was close to the end of the evening… staff looked ragged and acted like they did not care

Half stars are not possible so our visit may have merited 2.5 stars as our service was spot on. Started the evening at the bar with a glass of sangria– we opted for the 6 ounce portion versus the nine ounce once. After hearing that the two six ounce servings were over $ 16, we opted not to have another glass with dinner. Great taste but as I think it was just bottled sangria with some fruit added, I can buy the whole bottle at Trader Joes for $ 8. We were seated in a booth, a tight squeeze for our party of four and very uncomfortable. Everyone in our group had difficulty getting out of the booth. Thought it might be that we are just not spring chickens any longer; however, I then noticed the young couple leaving at the same time experiencing difficulty and complaining to each other. Our entrees were served with soup or salad. I ordered the Caesar salad which was a miss due to browned lettuce. That plate returned to the kitchen pretty full. On past visits(and it’s been several years since one), I’ve always enjoyed the Spiedini de Mara but on this visit the breadcrumbs were so soaked, they were soggy and unappetizing. And the portion was reduced to about 7 pieces of food. Quite overpriced at $ 18. We also had the Chicken Bryan which fortunately did not disappoint. I asked for the pasta as the side and would have appreciated warning there was crushed red pepper in the dish as it is a spice I do not like at all and I’ve never had it appear in a side dish of pasta anywhere. Service was pleasant, attentive and prompt so appreciated that. The rest of the experience was so off-putting that a return visit is not in the cards.

We tend to go to Carrabba’s a few times a year usually because we have a gift card from Christmas or birthdays. The location isn’t too far from my house or the mall, with that traffic can be pretty busy during certain days and times. I’ve always had really good service. I find the food to just be ok, nothing special and nothing that makes me want to come more often. I really dislike the salad. It lacks flavor especially the house dressing. It’s also very unappealing looking. I have to remember to try soup next time. I do love the bread they give you, especially with the olive oil. The chicken Parmesan is really good as is the new cheese ravioli they have. If I have to choose between here and Olive Garden I usually go with Olive Garden simply because they have better salad.

This was a great new years eve dinning experience for my parents and me. We started off with a pitcher of their house wine and it matched quite well with all of our meals. I got the pasta weezie which was a very thick, rich Alfredo with shrimp that had been sauteed in a lemon and wine sauce. It was decidedly the favorite dish of the table and won over the chicken marsala and the Trio combination dish they serve. Our served was very polite. Our food came out very quickly and very hot! A very satisfied costumer… wish there was a Carabbas closer to my home!

We’ve been trying to get to a carrabba’s for some time now. Something always comes up being that the closest location is an hour and a half. Note the week day hours, most don’t open till 4:30 or so. We ventured off on a Sunday that opens at noon. We planned this, a party of six and yep, a snow storm comeith. We were sat as they were not busy yet, we also called half hour on way and they put our name down for a table. Service was prompt, nice, friendly and helpful as I mentioned our first time. The menu is simple, one card, no pics. The drinks, they actually had more than one Italian beer as most chains only carry peroni. This had peroni on tap and I had moretti la Rossa . The food was all good, pizza for our son, mezzaluna, ravioli that was a smaller portion than expected. Tag pic PAC, large portion, good value. The rest got various chicken, all good ESP the Marsala . Overall a good visit, finished with a cannoli, very nice.

I always look forward to the bread appetizer with olive oil at Carraba’s. The pasta options are ample, but I usually order the penne, my favorite. Service: polite, friendly, and quick Food: excellent tastes and pasta menu options The setting is intimate and dim in the evening; so this is a great place for dates, parties, or family dinners. I’d definitely return for the overall atmosphere, service, and menu.

Way too salty. The bad thing about this area is there is nothing but chain restaurants. The good thing is you basically know what you are getting at a chain. I actually enjoy Carrabas. I think they are 100 times better than the fraud Olive Garden and better than many mom and pop Italian places I’ve been. But on this visit everything was way too salty. The soup(kind of to be expected), the chicken pollo rosa maria, chicken involtini, amaticiana sauce on the cavatappi, even the seasoning for the olive oil was overly salty. Very disappointing.
