Came to MyEyeDr for a routine check up.
Michael, one of the store assistants, went over and beyond my expectations! He explained everything with regards to my insurance, told me about promotions, helped fit me in for a contacts exam even after my appointment was over (same day), AND somehow I lost my (old) glasses walking to my car and he searched throughout the store and outside for me. No, we didn’t recover them but he’s going to help me find new frames and present me with promotions!
The lady doctor, I don’t recall her name, she was great as well. Recommended a different contact lens strength for my astigmatism that would save me tons of money!
Definitely recommend this location! They are greta!

Got great customer service over the phone from the Dupont Circle location. They didn’t have eye exam appts available today so the woman on the phone checked and checked appt availability until she found one for me today in Clarendon. I’m leaving town in less than a week so I really want to try to get new contacts before then. Hopefully all of her help pays off!
