DONOTDONOTDONOTDONOTSHOPATTHISSTORE!!! My shoes fell apart within ONETIME of usage for an HOUR. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I was told a million different stories from them, and they even left me messages, all with different stories. After buying a pair of shoes that broke the first time i wore them, i took them back to the store and the manager kindly ordered me new ones… to the wrong address!!! I called customer service because i saw the address was wrong on my account and she changed it an assured it would go there. GUESS WHAT-it didnt. After calling several times(and waiting for over 30 minutes several times) i was told they had to open up a UPS investigation and then i would get refunded. UPS called me right away and we both realized it was Call it Springs fault-as usual. THEN– I called the next day and they told me it would take 8 more days until the investigation was closed. 30MINUTESLATER– i got a message saying that the investigation was done and I had to go back to the same store they ordered the shoes from to get my refund. JUSTTOLETYOUKNOW-ILIVEINFLORIDAANDBOUGHTTHEMINNEWJERSEY. When I went back to new jersey I stopped by the store to get the refund and the Manager called customer service who said the investigation wasnt over and it would be 10 more days until i could be refunded!!! I repeat: DONOTDONOTDONOTDONOTSHOPATTHISSTORE!!!

I bought a pair of sandals here(salesgirl was great) but they turned out to be horribly horribly uncomfortable, I wore them ONCE, and they wouldn’t take them back!!! Bad bad customer service. I won’t be returning. They have a nice selection of shoes, but they are overpriced.
