Wow the wait for a drink. no. it is not worth it. Came in to get a pick me up before I do work. Don’t recommend.

Not a great visit today. Ally copped a sarcastic attitude when I tried showing her my drink wasn’t correct. Isn’t there a drink satisfaction guarantee? She was sarcastic with me in front of everyone that was standing waiting for their drinks. I had a quick quip to tell her but chose to Unilocal about my experience instead. Maybe there’s a reason I stopped coming here for a long while. Maybe I should steer clear of this place for much longer.

Space is nice, like any Starbucks out there. I got a salted caramel mocha frap, but it didn’t taste much like coffee at all. Boo. They also didn’t give me any whipped cream! Boo. I did say no additional sugar though, so maybe that’s why I didn’t get the whipped cream? Not sure. Ah well, next time.

Very slow service, and drinks were the worst I’ve ever had at any starbucks. Also, drinks were just putt on the counter without being called. Place was dirty! Haven’t been to the one next door inside Target but I’m sure it’s better than this one!

This place is not up to the normal standards. They were annoyed we needed two travel containers of coffee. They did not even get our name so just left our coffee sitting on the counter.

Cute establishment and my drinks were made well. The seating is nice but only for couples or three people. Wouldn’t be my choice for a small group or meeting though. They don’t have those beautiful large tables that I’ve seen at other starbucks. There were six people behind the counter at 10:30am yet only one young lady was ringing people up and getting their treats. So I waited about six minutes.

I would rate this location on the lower echelon of the stores I’ve been in. No greeting, Slow service. The guy at register didn’t thank me nor smile. He was sipping off a drink that he kept in the sink. So S L O W getting my drink. When it was ready, she set on counter, shouted out what it was… and my name was on the cup. And she didn’t thank me either. Even though she thanked the person ahead of me who ignored her cuz she was talking on her cell phone! FAIL, glad I don’t live close to here, I don’t have to come back. This was at 10:40 am on Sunday, Sept 7, 2014.

The bathroom in this Starbucks is worse than your average mcdonalds. It’s disgusting. Makes me not want to EVER visit again.

Although this place is convenient, inside the store is too darn stuffy. Very difficult to enjoy a cup of coffee when you can’t breath comfortably. Also the music is too loud. You have to yell to hear yourself speak, wish they would focus on these two things to make it a wonderful experience.

Its typical! U walk in get coffee. plus theres another one 20ft away in the target. So we have no shortage of starbucks in watsonville with the same service and coffee and pastrys

Best place in town to use wifi and people watch. The staff is super friendly. I usually order drip coffee or tea. The regular clientele orders fraps and liquid candy bars, so expect a wait if you’re ordering a latte.

I worked for this establishment, and they get one star for how awful they treat their new employees. One of my best friends worked there before me and quit after I started, and warned me to follow suit. I was desperate for a job, fell for the ruse the manager was putting on, and quit myself after a month of abuse. I’m glad they opened the new Target because I was SICK of going to Watsonville and being so close to that hell of a Starbucks. Two of the employees make great drinks and are sweethearts, otherwise, if you’re impatient and just want a quick cup of coffee, go to the Target Starbucks. They don’t have lines.

I go to a lot of different Starbucks and this one is definitely one of my favorites. They never mess up my order and always tell me the new promos. They also treat my kids with so much respect and ask them how they are doing. They make the best toffee-nut latte ever.

The staff seemed pretty preoccupied when I went in. I had to remind them twice about my drink before they finally go around making it. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t mind just wasting my lunch time waiting around. I may give them a second chance but for the first time there. Three stars is the best they get because of the lack of customer service.

11:30am on a Monday. This Starbucks satisfied my late morning caffeine fix and their breakfast sandwich fed my hungry tummy for the moment. My grande soy mocha with no whip was made perfectly extra hot and the bf’s short coffee of the day was bold and good. Bacon/Gouda sandwich was crispy and tasty. I’m used to seeing single couches and love seats at most Starbucks, but here they had wooden tall tables and stools in the middle of the store, which I thought was neat.

Awesome staff — although we are training some new ones. This is «my» Starbucks. I miss them when we travel and I almost hate going into another store. Love when the staff is like family and they know what you want better than you do! Fun atmosphere, young staff, always busy. Do not come here if you are in hurry — only if you want the BEST, most carefully crafted(with love) drinks!

Good drinks, but very poor speed of service. They usually have long lines and not enough staff, or staff prioritizing other tasks instead of servicing the guest. Cashiers are friendly only with selected customers it appers. The Freedom store is much better!

My husband and I came here a few times while at Pajaro Dunes. Each time the place was pretty packed with no available seating. The staff is was kind of friendly-i understand it is busy and you want to get us out. The last time we came in we didn’t even get coffee. After waiting for about 5 minutes and the line hadn’t even moved, we knew it we had to go somewhere else.

Best Starbucks on the planet!!!(OK, except for the original in Seattle). Best people behind the counter: Veronica, Ali, John, Mike, Gabe, Jessica, Patrick, Val, Vanessa(Manager), and everyone else’s name I’ve forgotten(I see your faces though). We stop every single morning on the way to work. True story: one morning there was a school bus in the parking lot and a line 3 miles long inside. Erin(no longer there) saw us in the parking lot waivering on whether to go in or not. She waved at us through the window to come in, made our coffee ahead of everyone else and said to pay for it tomorrow. That’s the kind of service we get from everyone in that store. The only thing that really sucks is when our fave people get moved around. Jason, Bunny, Emmy, Liza, Scott, Rebecca — we miss you!!!

The was the first Starbucks in town and boy, was it hoppin’ when it opened. I think I was still in high school and I still come here once in a while when I meet up with a friend in town to gossip about life. I always feel funny coming here because I swear I’ll probably see someone here from high school. Scary!!! You’ll see the skaters and their skater girlfriends, the girls with the typical blonde(wanna be) «highlights» but they’re not really blond because they’re brunettes and don’t realize that they look like their other 10 friends with bad dye jobs. Oh, and you can’t forget the wanna be «stylish» chicks with the muffin tops because they think they look cute in a size too small pair of trendy jeans that are about a year behind major cities. Oh man, I’m horrible, I’m going to hell for saying this … Sorry, back to the service … they’re normally pretty good about making my chai lattes and green tea. Seating can be quite limited on evenings, especially Saturday nights when people are out getting drinks. There’s additional seating outside which is awesome on those rare warm nights. Parking sucks as usual in this shopping center, but oh well, at least there is parking. It’s Starbucks. What do you expect from a chain?
