McDonald’s

I would give 0 stars if possible, the late night supervisor, front cashier on 5÷23÷16 was really rude and did not greet with a smile on her face, i mean work somewhere were you really love your job, she closed the front door 30 minutes earlier and customers seemed upset about it, her excuse was because she was short on staff, but i dont think it was too busy for her not being able to handle it

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, don’t get me wrong, the place is new so it looks decent enough, but the people working there have the worst attitude of ANY restaurant I’ve ever been to. So I ordered a burger with no buns and when I got the food, it was like a salad, imposible to grab like a burger so I got up and went to the counter up to a woman who seemed to be some sort of manager and asked for a fork, up until then I was happy with my decision to stop and eat here… the woman looked at me and with the worst attitude possible she said «we don’t have forks», I was shocked so I asked again, «you don’t have plastic forks?» And she’s like «NO» looking at me like I was a begger asking for money while carrying a baby and a dog with a sign that says «I need money for beer».
I’m a normal clean cut guy but even if I was homeless they shouldn’t treat people like that you rude mofos. I emailed the owner and never received a response, I guess she’s too busy selling homes and counting her money to care about how her businesses are run… I’m telling everyone I know about the experience and I swear I’ll never ever eat at McDonald’s again in my life… go across the street to Burger King, they have way better food, better prices and they do treat you like a king.

Horrible cold fries!!! I eat a lot there and eveytime I order large fries they put them in the bottom half empty I thought the fries must have fell but nope that’s how they gave it to me. I asked who served me the fries and the Yong lady told me it was her manager!!! Cold and sogy half empty fries. If you want amazing service go to the freedom always FRESH fries

Drive thru was horrible. We ordered 6 meals and 20 piece nuggets and none of the orders were right. Took forever for them to figure it out. We left and still was missing 3 fries. I called and told them that we were missing 3 fries and they said to come back to get the fries.
We drove back to go and pick up the fries and the manager (Anna i believe her name was) just argued with my husband that he was wrong.
Tip for Ana: when someone orders over 34.00 worth of food you dont give the CUSTOMER a hard time over 3 fries that they are owed. If anything you should’ve 1. Apologized for the inconvenience it may have caused the customer 2. Bumped up medium fries to large or throw in a dessert.
We come here a lot for baseball tournaments and have to feed a lot of kids. This spot has been eliminated for sure. Thank Anna for that

Well here we are again. Tried Mc Donalds on Main in st. Watsonville again. I will give them this they are accurate spot on never fail to disappoint. In the AM we ordered 2 coffees with 2 creamers 4 sugars in the coffee. Simple right? Well we got 2 coffees with 4 creamers and 2 sugars. Its coffee for heaven sakes. OMG WTF… Now lunch time ordered 1 regular Big Mac and the other Big Mac upgraded with quarter pounder hamburger patties. simple enough it was right on the receipt. the cashier repeated the order as it was ordered correctly. what we got was a double quarter pounder playing with nothing on it any Big Mac with double quarter pounder me the center button and the top bun plane so both patties on the bottom bun. when it went into the restaurant it was clear that there is a language barrier between the cashiers who speak English and the cooks preparing the food that don’t speak English or should I say very poor English skills the managers were expediting the food do not check the orders again totally disappointed in this McDonalds. it’s obvious that the owners of this McDonalds which is a franchise and the McDonald’s Corporation think that they’re too big to fail they obviously don’t care about the quality control in the restaurant. I guess this is the reason why they had to bring outside help to run the McDonald’s USA they brought in a British CEO who’s going to do away with the Big Mac itself. now I wonder why that is your guess is as good as mine do not recommend this McDonald’s at all.

Thee worst service ever I get your are busy but come on take the time to get an order right we come to you for a reason for complete order not half Watsonville proud whs staff!

They just remodeled the inside witch looks nice. But there service isn’t the best, but I’m not surprised when you have a bunch of KIDS working.

My friend and I went through the drive through for a late night snack and the service was terrible. the manager was a jerkoff and didn’t know how to work a register and clearly has no respect for other human beings. Never going here again.

They didn’t mix my moms mcflurry. They just dumped it on it and didn’t give her a spoon.

Always long line for drive thru. Usually forget part of my order and I have to drive back and pick it up. Some employees could be rude at times.

Service was good (drive through) but when I got home I found a burnt hamburger. Had to post because I can’t believe the king of fast food actually served this.

I am not sure why but lately everytime we stop at mcdonalds our food is cold, hard overcooked and aweful, try to stay away from fast food in the first place but this is a waste of money and will make you sick…

Breakfast till 11am. Order is always right and friendly employees. As good as it can get for McDonald’s.

After a long drive from Stockton, the kids were hungry so we stopped at McD’s. We pull up to the drive-​thru and the first thing I see is a sign that says «Sorry — no carbonated drinks». WTF? MCDonald’s doesn’t have soda? So then there’s a sign next to it that says «Sorry — No Fillet O’Fish». This is no loss for me since I can’t stand fish. Anyways, we finally decide what we want and then we pull up to the window to pay and the girls tells me. «sorry, we’re out of apple pies & we don’t have iced coffee». Ok so now I’m really pissed! I need some caffeine! I don’t want no F***ing lemonade, I want something with caffeine. And all I wanted was an apple pie. Is that too much to ask? F*** McDonald’s! I am now officially on strike.
