7-Eleven

I came into this location on 7÷11÷15 around 7pm with my son because today was free slurpee day and he recently had been a very sweet brother to his younger sister and i wanted to reward him.
When we entered this location I immediately noticed something was off. The floors in every direction were filthy and the shelves were in disorder. I was slightly concerned that they may not be doing the free slurpees because there was no signage that I’m use to seeing at just about all other locations. When i found the slurpee machine there were two kids standing at the machine partially filling cups and then drinking what they had just filled. They would then repeat this several times with all the flavors a few times before finally filling a cup full and leaving. At this time i noticed there was no small (free) cups left. I asked the nearest clerk about the cups and was directed to use the small coffee cups.
So we got out slurpees and headed to the register. I had just read the mass email send out from 7 – 11 informing me to «Be sure to scan the 7-​Eleven app to get a punch for your FREE Slurpee and get even closer to your free 7^th cup».
However, the clerk at the counter insisted that i could not scan the app unless i paid for the slurpees. I informed her that i received an official email that says otherwise. She still refused to scan my app. I didnt want to raise a huge fuss so i just said forget it and left. As i walked to the door i heard the clerk insult me by calling me an idiot. Wtf?! She obviously was in the wrong and refused to even listen to me or treat me with the most basic respect a customer should receive. Whatever. I’m obviously not going to that location again. Luckily theres another location near by and i dont live here. I’ll be glad to get back home where the customer is still valued.

–when working NOC shift this place was a lifesaver
–my fave would be the nachos with the free cheese and the pico… i know, so dirtay i love it!

–it’s so cool knowing they have a little bit of everything but not an overwhelming selection
–oooooo, i used to collect buttercup (powerpuff girl) drinks from here but i turned 33 and had to give them away hahahahahhahaa
–i love their spicy hotdogs, i skip the bread at times
–they sell gas too but i may have just pumped once or twice
–i had a missed connection with a customer today which inspired this review
–he was dirtay, paint on everything but he was tall and burly… like how i like them, we looked at eachother and i noticed his eyelashes were prettier than mine so i ended my interest
–donuts? yum but so dangerass
–the help are nice
–open 24 – 7 like someone’s vagina (ooo i am not telling)
