Completely ignored while waiting for a haircut. Came in today at around 3:30 and signed in. Waited about 10 minutes until two other gentlemen came in (a considerable amount of time after I came in and sat down), who also signed in. The two gentlemen were one by one called before me. I left, and later called to ask why this happened. The lady at the salon was very short with me. She was rude and indifferent to the time they wasted when I could’ve been at a different salon. Will not recommend nor return to this establishment.

Always have gotten a good cut here. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews.
I did stop by once when there was only one person working. I left because it would have taken an hour but it was during an off time.

I walked in there this morning and I saw that they have a new girl working there, at least I hadn’t seen her before. I got my hair cut, layered and my bangs trimmed. She was nice and chatty. She gave me a few tips about how to take care of my hair. Once my hair got dry, my bangs turned out to be effin awesome!!! I totally feel like Bety Page! She did such an excellent job that once I saw the final results, I had to call and ask for her name, so from now on, I shall always go to Leilani!
It doesn’t get any better than feeling like Bety Page for the price of $ 9.95!

The first time I went there, Julie cut my hair and she did a great job. She charged me a few bucks extra but corrected her mistake as soon as I told her about it.
The second time I went there, she provided a pathetic service. They offer a free towel service with every service, but I was not given one. She did not do a good job to cut the hair near my neck (I had a few strands of hair upto ¾ of an inch there). I dint realize this until I got home. I went there the next day and another girl did my neck. I was also told by Julie that time that she doesnt forget to cut the hair and that they dont offer a «razor clean cut» near the neck area.
I dont recommend this place.

I went in one day as a walk-​in, and asked for a haircut and style — the girl at reception desk said that if you get a haircut, they cut your hair dry! Then I said, what about if I could just get a shampoo and style, (since I was recovering from a recent shoulder surgery I didn’t feel like washing my hair that day) and she said she doesn’t do shampoos and there was no one there except her at the time. Well, at least she warned me that they cut hair dry! Then I just said, no thanks, I will take my business elsewhere, and I left without getting anything done. WOW, DO NOT GO HERE! Any salon that cuts your hair DRY without shampooing first, RUN!
