We purchased a GE Café refrigerator here. The fridge supposedly worked fine but with minor cosmetic blemishes. We had problems with the unit however and had a Sears repairman out twice for service within the first couple months of owning it. We then found out that one of the hinges on one of the doors was bent and would need replacing. I went in circles with Sears Corporate/Repairs and they were of virtually little or no help but please know, Sears Outlet is different than Sears corporate. You have to go through Sears for your repairs but if you have an issue that needs attention, call your outlet store where you bought it! Once we found out that the door would have to be replaced and could take some time, the store ordered us a brand new refrigerator so we wouldn’t be on a hold for a functioning refrigerator, same model we had bought because we already had an expensive, matching stove. Evan, who is one of the managers there was unbelievably kind and helpful and made sure we were taken care of, he was fantastic! It is nice to see that there are places where customers are truly valued and customer satisfaction is a priority, very rare these days. They went above and beyond for us! Just make sure when you have issues or problems beyond basic repair, deal with the outlet itself, not Sears Corp. Thank you Wauwatosa Sears Outlet and especially, Evan! A++++

I was hesitant on purchasing from an outlet store. I was reassured everything would be ok. There was a slight problem, but Adam the store manager took care of everything. I got great service at a great price. I will definitely be shopping here more often. Thank you so much! It’s seriously a HUGE win to shop here.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator about two years ago. The delivery guy showed up on time, everything went smoothly as far as receiving the product. Still works great.

I bought a Sears Kenmore Elite washer and dryer after reading some reviews. Neither machine worked when delivered. The outlet sells them and you are on your own with Sears Repair after that. It is the worst service organization I have ever experienced. They have had 4 different 4 hour windows for service appointments in the last two weeks that they have failed to show up for. The computer generated phone calls you to tell you that the service tech is on his way and you are the firs appointment and they do not show up. It is not uncommon to be put on hold for a half hour(I hang up then). I cannot get a hold of a supervisor. Repair parts are ordered and do not show up. I had two weeks to return the machine to the store, which I did with the washer yesterday. I am still waiting to get the dryer fixed(I am operating it with a taped on button which will engage the switch right now). There has to be a better way to run the service end of the business.
