KFC

We visited the Waxahachie location around 7:00 on Friday night. When we got to the counter, we heard one couple being told the grilled chicken breast they wanted was «old so they probably didn’t want it». They ended up leaving. I ordered a one piece crispy chicken breast, which I was told they were out of so I changed my order to 3 chicken tenders, which I was told would be a little wait, about 4 minutes. I also asked them to add a jalapeño pepper to the order. My husband ordered the one piece also but wanted original. When the order was ready, they apparently «found» a crispy chicken breast, but they didn’t say anything to me about the obvious change. When I asked for the jalapeño pepper, which was obviously missing, I was told they were out. I then asked for a package of BBQ sauce (out) and for some sweet tea (out also). There was only one other couple in the dining room at this time and minimal activity at the drive thru. Maybe they had been slammed earlier, which may have been the reason they were out of so many things. My husband commented to me that while the dining area had been obviously updated, which looked great, the quality of food was lacking because his chicken had not been cooked thoroughly. Needless to say we were disappointed with this location.

Terrible. I honestly do fast food about 10X a year, and I know it’s disgusting, but the colonel’s chicken is a weakness. A nostalgic favorite, if you will. But for the love of everything holy, this location SUCKS. Every. Single. Time. From service, to order accuracy, straight down to food handling & cleanliness. Probably a sign to finally cross fried chicken off the cheat menu.

Great food and great service! Hit the spot; whenever I went I was craving the seasoned wedges and they were crispy, hot, and seasoned just how I remembered, initially! Also there was a short wait on the wedges, the employee informed me of the wait time which I thought was quite considerate. Def recommend this kfc.

Well you would think all KFC’s are about the same in regards to both food and order of operation but I found a bad one. Normally I don’t write negative comments but this KFC needs a lot of work. after sitting in my car for (no joke 15 minutes) I went inside and waited another 8 minutes to be helped. extremely poor service and food. chicken was over cooked and saturated in fat. Mac and cheese must have been made 10 hours before. ETC. I would stay away from this place. on the plus side, there was PLENTY of Parking.
