I needed to order three dozen bagels for a company breakfast. I was able to order them over the phone the day prior, which was a huge relief. The guy on the phone, Josh(?) was very courteous and professional. I was thrilled that they were ready when I arrived. Checkout was fast and easy. I was probably there no more than 5 minutes! I love anything that makes my life easier!

Love the food(tasty turkey, raspberry lemonade) but the staff is HORRIBLE. Give attitude if you change your mind, once when I went there one of the staffmembers has a LONG ponytail that looked DIRTY!) Workers are just plain rude except for one shorter kind of robust older gentleman who is always nice. The blonde(I think manager) is usually pleasant but never seems thrilled to be there.

I usually don’t rate chains, since there’s no point. The goal of a chain is to provide a uniform, predictable experience at all of their locations. This means of course that the only thing worth noting about a chain is significant deviations from that standard, and usually those deviations are bad. This is no exception to that rule. I think I’ve had the worst breakfast experience in quite a while, right here in Wayland MA. I walked in, decided to get a breakfast tortilla and coffee, so I waited in line for one of the three idle counter staff to take my order, which took a few minutes. I then had to sit and wait for almost fifteen minutes for the ONE person processing all the food orders to finally get around to making my food, since he had five orders to fill before mine. I wish I had known it would have taken almost twenty-five minutes to get breakfast there, I never would have bothered. They won’t see me again, even though they did have my favorite: salt bagels, which seem to have made the endangered species list lately. I’ll check a different location if i get the craving.

I remember when this store first opened — my junior or senior year of high school. We were all enthralled with the Bagel Buzzsaw. It’s nice to know that years later, nothing has really changed. =) I think I could seriously watch them slide bagels through that thing all day long. Having moved back to the area, I brought my bf who was visiting from out of state to check out Finagle. At first, it was because I distinctly remember them selling pizza bagels at Faneuil Hall and the bf will eat pizza 3 meals a day, 7 days a week, if I let him, so pizza bagels are a must. Sadly, they no longer have the pizza bagels(although we didn’t ask!). We settled on sandwiches which were phenomenal. I stuck with a simple Tomato & Cheddar melt. Some places skimp on tomatoes that they put in sandwiches, but my goodness, I couldn’t bite into my sandwich without tomato just oozing out. — just the way I love it. The bagels were still as good as I remembered. We ended up picking up ½ a dozen — french toast bagels from there are oh so awesome. A little on the pricey side, but you gotta pay for quality!

You can’t go wrong with a bagel shop(and it’s conviniently right down the street from where I live haha) Their bagels are SOOO good(I love the Jalapeño w/Cheddar) and their sandwich varieties are yum! I like their chicken noodle soup!

It’s gimicky with a bagel being propelled down a conveyor and sliced in half by a spinning razor blade. Reminiscent of a guillotine… lovely. I got a fruit salad and watched as parents chased after unruly children. My friends got bagels loaded up with cream cheese which they said was«good». I think 9 am was too early for any of us to realize our tastebuds just weren’t functional. The sorority national advisor we had with us was enthusiastic about the place and she loved her breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, etc.
