Love the ice cream and the staff here BUT the owner can come off as very brusque and even curt to the point of rudeness. I asked for a lid for my parfait and he basically huffed and walked away. The poor guy at the counter apologized and very kindly went to get me a lid and bag. So in summation: everything is great… except for the owner who needs a lesson in customer service. 4 stars for the food but 0 for the owner so updating to a 2 overall.

Baskins Robbins’ ice cream is alwayws the best! And this place doesn’t disappoint in this regard. But what is especially wonderful about this place is their willingness to make customize their ice cream cakes for you… now that they have a New Owner who understands the importance of accomodating customers, if they can.
Recently, I went in and ordered an ice cream cake for a Chinese friend. The friendly person behind the counter noticed the name to be written on the cake, and she asked whether we wanted Chinese written on the cake (she was Chinese)? Amazed and delighted, I said, «Sure!» To make a long story short, when we picked up the cake, we saw an amazing design with «Happy Birthday» written in Chinese on the cake — no extra charge!
This Baskins Robbins sells great ice cream, makes great ice cream cakes… and their customer service — willingness to accomodate customers — is outstanding!

I took my nephew here when he was 3 to hang out and do something special and what kid doesn’t like ice cream at 10AM. My sister tagged along for the experience and to eat the mid morning snack. We walked right in and started checking out the dozens of flavors. My nephew announced that he wanted to eat Green ice cream and seemed less concerned by the flavor. He instead hopped around and would’ve done cartwheels if he knew how out of sheer excitement. The lady working was really nice and let us have several tastes of ice cream especially since there were several Green ice creams flavors. My nephew had the Pistachios with M&M’s in a cup and a cone, I had the Gold Medal Ribbon (Vanilla, Chocolate ice cream and caramel) in a cup and a cone, and my sister had cookies and cream. As we left Baskin-​Robbins, we realized they weren’t even open yet! But the lady behind the counter probably didn’t want to deal with an angry 3 year-​old and let us enjoy all the ice cream we wanted.
