This location is awful. The music is so loud and the speaker seems above the register that you literally cannot hear the cashier and they don’t bother to speak up either. I have been in here countless times and the employees are always rude and look as if they can’t muster up an obligatory smile. Food is just ok. They always forget the pickle. If I order several subs they don’t even bother to offer a bag I have to ask for it along with napkins. Either this jimmy johns is an awful place to work or they just hire miserable people. The experience is always odd just think I won’t be back to any of their locations as it seems to be a trend among all of the locations to offer subpar service. Not looking for the red carpet treatment… but being comfortable while ordering is important.

The sandwiches are good. No hot sandwiches though. No meatball subs. Go pick it up instead of delivery.

Not very good food. We call it the home sandwich. I feel like why pay for some I can make my self.

Good quality sandwich, fast service and fast delivery. I’ve tried Jimmy John’s before and we ordered some sandwiches a couple of days ago and just wanted to give them a 4 star rating and say, I’ll be back…

We order from this Jimmy John’s all the time at work. I feel bad for them, sometimes they are at our school a few times in one day. The sandwiches are consistantly good and what I think of when I want a JJ sandwich(I do love the #6 veggie as it is on the menu or on wheat with hot peppers – YUM). Gene(the manager I think) is a super nice guy and has very good customer service. They are almost always super fast with the deliveries so no complaints they give what their ads promise.

This is my JJ of choice, even though it’s causing a rift in my marriage. It’s right by my work, which is pretty convenient. They make my sandwich the way I like it every single time I go there. It’s always clean. The owners(might be brothers?) are usually there during the day, but they have the staff trained so things go smoothly no matter what time of day it is. Delivery is really fast, especially if you fax your order in. Here’s the problem: They don’t offer a frequent customer card like most other JJ’s do. My husband is very, very unhappy about this. He thinks that as a family, we should boycott any business that refuses to get with the program and reward our loyalty. Me, not so much. If you can make my sandwich right, I don’t care about free stuff. We’ll see who wins in the end.
