I live on the east side so whenever we are out on the west side we always make sure to stop at the 12 for some dinner and drinks. The wait staff and bar tenders are very friendly and make u feel very welcomed there. I Like the fact that they have a variety of different beers and have live music on the weekends. I would recommend this bar to anybody that is looking for a night out for some good beer and food and some live local music

Ok, but can be way better. Always passed by this place and decided to finally come and try it. Came late night, but the kitchen was close(closes at 12 am). They did have outdoor music, live DJ, a big dance floor, and cheap drinks. However the place was relatively quiet for a saturday night and the service was not great(various waitresses not paying attention, almost ignoring you to an extent). Overall an ok place to drink at(and they do offer you 10% off your bill when you check in on Unilocal), but the party and food is probably more or less at the avenue down the street.

We swung by on a Sunday night because it was open and on the way home from work. This sounds like a big deal but I get off between 9 pm and 10pm after a ten hour plus day. Not much is open and I’m not cooking at that time of night. We expected and got a bar. Typical fare, typical drinks. The place was slow as molasses because it is a Sunday night. The staff was friendly and welcoming to newbies and gave very good recommendations when asked. I did not feel awkward about dining(which can be weird at some bars) nor being decidedly middle aged. They were very helpful and sweet about everything. My patty melt was quite respectable. My husband really liked his bacon BBQ burger. We were both starving so I would not depend on me for objectivity though. Fries were standard but hot and crispy. I had a pop and James had a garden variety domestic beer. Prices were good and he got to watch some football so he was all good with the place. I thought it was a-ok. Not stellar but a nice place to swing by and have a typical bar experience. I think I will stick with our usual Sunday night haunts but I would return in a pinch.

I visited on a Sunday to check out a drummer. The place was dead. There was supposed to be some fundraiser in the back lot but the big show took the stage the night before. I was really disappointed that this venue didn’t advertise better for the event. I would have been there the night before too. Huge space, private lounge areas, and nice outdoor festival space. I had two drinks, which were fine. The girls were especially nice and I stayed only an hour. Parking is plentiful if you search around the building, though I don’t think the area is the safest. I am definitely going to check it out again; when there are actual people there.

Went during an event. 1 bartender with horrible attitude. Ok bar food. The ONE chick walking around taking orders didn’t know which beers they have besides the posters on the walls. Our group was sitting in an area and after sitting there for while was told we have to move by a server because a guy walking around looking like a greasy hair Guido. Then I’m guessing the real boss stepped in and said that spot was reserved for us. But by that time I was already to go. I would definitely pass on this place and try bar down road.

Our server was friendly and efficient. I tried the lasagna and loved it. My husband enjoyed a steak. Women’s restroom was large and clean. The owner made us feel very welcome.

I love eating here before going work to on Fridays. I have had almost everything on the menu. They have some great american and Mexican type dishes also. Today I had a burger on a pretzel bun with bacon and the works. It was cooked to order and came with some fries also. The service is 5 star. They have a nice patio on Michigan ave with live entertainment on the weekends. I hear they have a huge selection of beer. Can’t wait to go back.

My review is based entirely on several visits during the daytime, lunch through happy hour. I have not been there during the evenings when it apparently is more of a club. I like the beer prices, I think Monday the domestic bottles were $ 1.50. The staff is usually friendly, but some of the customers can be jackholes. That comes with the«blue collar» bar territory. The place is pretty nice as far as being clean and having decent furniture and décor. I do find it strange that a few times I have seen women hanging out in the daytime with their toddlers running around the bar. I think that is rather sad. Anyway, it is a good place to have a few beers, have lunch, and/or watch a sporting event. The TV’s are decent and the viewing is easy. I recommend the Mexican food, which makes up a good portion of the menu. The tacos are freshly fried. They are way above the average«bar taco» typically served in a cold grocery store shell. They even offer three kinds of beans.

When I was little my foot got caught in the chain of a bike I was riding on the back of, tore up my foot and ankle into a complete mess. That was still a better experience than this place. Awful food, customers all looked and acted like idiots and the manager completely ignored my wife. Our waitress on the other hand was really good and I hope she finds a new job somewhere else soon.

I live and work locally and have been to US12 on multiple occasions for food, drinks, concerts, comedy shows, etc. The prices are high, the service is terrible and the owner was rude and sleazy to me and my girlfriends when he got drunk for the zombie crawl event. Beyond that, I got food poisoning from eating Mexican off their new menu, never again…

Nice small town bar with patio out front. Good variety for bar food and not too pricey.

This is a cute little bar & grill on the main drag in Wayne, a neighborhood bar with regulars, lots of working class folks. They don’t have the biggest selection of beers, but they had a few microbrews & bottles of Bud and Miller were $ 2 during happy hour on a Saturday night. I also ordered pasta there, and while it was OK, the alfredo sauce was too runny and the vegetables looked like they came out of one of those mixes you get in the freezer aisle at the supermarket — they were supposed to be grilled but seemed more microwaved. Some other positives: The women’s restroom was clean and nicely decorated. I liked the patio out front — it was a nice day to have a Corona & lime outdoors and watch the cars go down US12. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly, and the prices are decent. Overall, if not the most amazing nightspot, it was a solid pick for an evening hangout.
