I would not recommend this real estate company, especially Shannon Aitkins. She was completely unmotivated, she did not follow through on what she was going to do to help sell my property. She had the property listed for a year and a half and I was informed that only 2 people came to see it. Upon wanting to cancel my contract with her two weeks early, she started playing games, stating she was out of town and would be back in a couple of days. No cooperation whatsoever and very unprofessional.
