Ordered Flat White. Served in a cold latte cup. Tasteless. Trash on the floor. Trash can overflowing. Gangster music playing the background. This is Starbucks in Webster right?

Small location located in a small Webster Groves shopping plaza. Surprisingly parking is a breeze and the café is easily accessible. There’s minimum seating inside and outside on the sidewalk patio. Plenty to explore within walking distance in case you’d like to park & stroll. Staff is very pleasant. ~Christy

Came to this location 15 minutes before close(so sorry!) and they were still extremely friendly. I got their new promotion — double shot on ice, and it’s not bad! I was looking for a new favorite and I might have found it. Their outside seating also looked very nice.

I used to live in walking distance of this Starbucks, and I truly miss it! Of course, there are tons of Starbucks to go to, but this one was my favorite. The staff always got my drink right and even remembered my name and my usual order. That always surprises me at such a busy place. And that’s really the only downside — how busy they would get, which I know is great for them… But sometimes, I couldn’t even find a table and I would have to leave. They did recently redesign their lobby area right before I moved, and I think they might have solved that problem! They are right by Webster U and Nerinx Hall, and when school lets out, it gets pretty crazy and loud, which does suck if you are trying to study. But overall, this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to because of their consistently great staff and service.

I’ve been going here for years. Since I started at Webster U, and now since I work in the area. I haven’t ever had any trouble with this location — not with incorrect orders, service, wait time, etc. It does get crowded because it is located near schools, so lots of younger folk during certain times. They have nice seating outside, and are right next to the pavilion in Webster — great location for them.

I visit this location at least once a week(I work nearby) and have never had a problem with my drinks or food. The baristas are pleasant and work fast. As another reviewer mentioned, this place often gets slammed in the afternoons by dozens of students from nearby schools. However, even at seemingly max capacity, I’ve never waited for more than 5 – 10 minutes for a drink. Definitely wish they had a drive-thru but then I’d probably go even more, which my wallet certainly doesn’t need.

This Starbucks is in a cute little part of Webster Groves next to Gazebo Park, where events and farmers markets are held in summer. It’s just like any other Starbucks but this is right next to my work so I go there all the time, usually around 2:30−3pm when I hit the afternoon slump. The staff are friendly and always prompt with my order, and they rarely mess it up. My go-to drinks are the white chocolate mocha with non-fat milk and no whipped cream, as well as the java chip frappacino, skinny and without whipped cream. The clientele at this location are a mixture of business people, hippies, young teens(Nerinx Hall, an all-girls high school is just around the corner), university students(Webster University is within walking distance), artists, entrepreneurs, and stay-at-home moms. You really get a mixed bag here. I typically don’t sit and stay to drink my lattes, but when I have in the past, the furniture is comfy, with a variety of seating choices for individuals or small groups, and the place is kept clean and orderly. It doesn’t wow my pants off, but it maintains the high standard of Starbucks that I expect. A solid standby.

I visit this Starbucks all the time because it’s right across the street from my office. Because I visit here so often, the baristas know my name, why I really like! :) Other than that, it’s your regular Starbucks store. There is no drive through. It is kept pretty clean too. There several schools near by, so at 3pm, this place can get pretty crowded with students and that gets annoying. The baristas have fun personalities too if you get to talking to them!

Generally, always pleased with the service here. Always incredibly friendly. Careful, though, don’t over salt my Salted Caramel Mocha frappucino. Too much makes it sink to the bottom and can get overwhelming. I wish this were a larger Starbuck’s but they are clearly doing something right as this place is ALWAYS packed.

Love this Starbucks. It is very spacious and the baristas are very nice. They get through a long line fast! Love the comfy chairs at this location. And of course the outdoor seating is a plus! This location has more college students than most due to its close proximity to Webster university.

So I don’t drink coffee, if I did, however, I probably wouldn’t drink it at Starbucks due to their preference of burning their beans… That aside, this is my favorite Starbucks location in the St. Louis area… considering the fact that I used to live in Illinois, work in Brentwood, have a doctor off of Manchester(and one on W. Lockwood), and live in the city… that says a lot. First: My two fave baristas there are Teresa and Erin, hands down. Friendly, they know my drink, know my name, and sometimes I even get smiley faces on my cup. Second: It’s a larger Starbucks, so it doesn’t feel claustrophic like the one in the mall does AND the one on Manchester does. Third: There is definite consistency in my drink. Granted I always get a Caramel Apple Spice… but this is the only location that I have experienced my drink tasting the exact same every time. Fourth: They’re nice even when they’re busy. I once had a barista at the Brentwood Blvd location get really mean regarding the order that I ordered my drink — at the time I was drinking Mocha White Mochas with a shot of espresso… and apparently I said it in the wrong order and made her life more difficult as a consequence(or so she told me). That’s when I started drinking Caramel Apple Spices. Never looked back(fall in a cup).

If you find a need to be at Webster, the shop is within walking distance. It’s clean and has a nice size store front. I was also amazed that they actually recognized me on only my second visit(albeit was two nights in a roll).

Nice location with a flurry of activity due to the college, seminary, high school, and local business. The place is busy but I’ve always found a seat to park my java and laptop and the staff is nice and not boorish. John, the store manager, is a cool dude and He’ll converse with folks. This place draws some real characters like a resident«Bob Dylan» and the yoga trainer. There is a park across the way making for awesome people watching. This store gets a little cold at times due to the location of the doors but it’s acceptable.

Love this Starbucks location! I work and live near this one and they always do their best to keep it CLEAN(including tables, chairs, etc) and the décor is really relaxing. Even when they closed for repairs/redecoration, they opened up a tent location right outside so that you could still order whatever you wanted from their typical menu! The staff has been there for a while and knows me as a regular. They don’t burn the soy and I love getting my lattes from there. The food is well-cooked/heated. The place is usually packed but I can always find a seat either inside or outside. There are always Starbucks-related products there and the shelves are straightened and products are stacked in a way that makes you want to approach them. All price signs are visible.

Friendly. Caramel macchiato. This starbucks has a great location, that is what makes it special. Grab a decent cup of joe and enjoy the park seating.

Best, most authentic Starbucks in STL. Great barristas and a very real and diverse clientele.
