Buffalo Wild Wings

Cold beer, great wings bone-​in and boneless, frosty margaritas, and great service. Our server, Leslie, was one hard working gal. We had a group of eight and she kept the pitchers full and the wings flowing.

The wife and I are regulars here at this BDubs. We eat and drink here at least once a week. The managers Josh, Pete, and Kyle are awesome. They will bend over backwards to put the games I want to watch on the TV’s. As far as the staff goes Melissa, Cody, Leslie are great! Really attentive and by far the hardest working ones there.

Service is great. Food and drinks are good too.

TUESDAY’S ARE THE BEST DAYS! Buffalo wild wings has drink&wing specials .60 cent wings and talls 3.75 before 7. Wings are all day! Chiptole BBQ are GREAT&cajun fries! Yuuuuummmm we tried a few this time jamacian jerk buffalo mild lemon pepper&honey bbq! Jamacian jerk was my least favorite but not horrible. The budweisers are tall&cold! ALSO they no longer allow smoking the atmosphere is sports barish– without the smoke. You can catch multiple games and the staff is super friendly! Had a blast!

This location went downhill. We used to go alot but it’s so hit or miss now. Food always comes out with something wrong. The items other than wings have all become poor to average. Service can be poor, some servers are decent and friendly. Most seem disinterested, dull and unhappy. No way this one is up to the bww standard. Too bad.

This is the WORST restaurant I’ve ever been to. And I eat out a lot. The service is always shitty, not bad, shitty. Managers take no responsibility. My order has been wrong the past 5 visits (since it’s a chain I continued to chance it over a year). Seriously, the drive to Pearland or Pasadena is MORE than worth it.

A group of friends and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch a basketball game. If you’re looking for a sports bar with your pick of large screen TV’s, then you’ve found the place! The overall atmosphere for the game was only OK, but I suppose that’s because Texans don’t care too much about college ball. The food was good, but did not WOW me. The mango habanero wings: good but VERY spicy, so beware! The parmesean garlic and thai chili wings were delicious. The wings were priced at about $ 1/​wing. There was a diverse beer selection, definitely a plus. The service was also very prompt and attentive. You can ask any waiter/​waitress available for help so that helps things quite a bit. Overall, this Buffalo Wild Wings had good service and dependable food.

Wings are decent, not the best I’ve ever had. All the servers I’ve had are great. It’s crazy during any sporting event

5 stars because we no longer have to drive to Pasadena or Pearland for a BDub since this location is officially NON-​SMOKING!!! Yep not even at the bar!!!
We love the Dessert Nachos!!! Yumm!!! We stick to traditional wings (teriyaki, honey bbq & lemon pepper) of course the onion rings are tasty also! Never can go wrong with a side of French fries right! Just excited we can take a short drive and enjoy BDubs!

So, my boyfriend and I are both servers, and we get out of work fairly late. There are only a few restaurants that are open when we’re off, BWWW is like a go to. It wasn’t even particularly busy when we got there at 11:30, our server Stephanie greeted us in a timely manner and was very sweet, but that was about the only redeeming quality. She brought our wings out luke warm, and let me tell you nothing is worse than cold teriyaki wings. On top of that, our bar drinks were super weak. Stephanie did fix them right away, but then proceeded to get our dessert wrong. So I’m not sure why it was that bad, but come on. Step up B Dubs.

Love the wings, but the servers constantly mess up orders, and on new years eve they were understaffed and half the restaurant was empty and put customers not willing to sit in the bar on a 30 – 45 minute wait.

Julia and Cody in the bar are solid, and so committed to serving guests and making sure they have everything they need. I’ve had crappy experiences at this location in the past, but if ya sit at the bar and Julia or Cody are there, you will be golden!

If I didn’t like this place already, I got food poisoning from this visit. My friends who had different chicken orders also felt sick.
Food poisoning aside, I guess it’s a good place to watch a game but I’d rather take out wings from Wing Stop and take the party to someone’s house. It’s utter chaos with all the screens and people cheering at random times. Can’t even talk much about the game you’re watching and the service is always slow and inattentive.
I have never been a fan of this fan centric place but the food poisoning was the final straw. Do yourself a favor and convince your friend with the big screen tv to have the game watching party there!

I am giving this location one star because they still allow smoking in the place and it stinks.

Customer service there sucked! I have never been to a buffalo wild wings location and the associates were not friendly, and welcoming.
I walked in and everyone looked at me like they had seen a ghost. The girl who took my order seemed like she was just so uninterested. The girl who brought my order out just gave it to me and walked off. No thank you… No nothing!
The food was good as always but other that that I wouldn’t recommend this place for nothing!

This Buffalo has their sh*t together!
I’m not from the area, but was staying close by during the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight. I called the Monday before to reserve a table and the manager was sweet enough to explain their floor layout and help me choose the best table with the best TV views. She rocked because I feel we got the best table possible.
Our waiter, Ashton, was very friendly, attentive and kept our drinks filled — what more could you ask for?!
I give this restaurant props for 1) having cops around during the fight and 2) for not letting bystanders sit on the floor, stand everywhere, intrude on your table, etc. I’ve been to other Buffalo’s where exactly that happens and it is obnoxious!
I had to –1 star for allowing smoking inside! EW EW EW! Even if only in the *bar* area, it seeps to the other side and that is not ok with me. (Sorry)
Overall though, I liked this establishment a lot, the servers all looked like they were doing a great job (I like the new uniforms) and the food came out fast and hot.

I love the variety BWW offers. I always get their traditional wings with medium sauce, blue cheese, and celery. Love the flavor.
I haven’t eaten in the restaurant. It’s always been take out. Food order has always been correct and hot and fresh. No complaints.

So I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this one is mediocre at best. I feel like most are, but stayed tuned to my reviews, Ill let you know if there’s an incredible one. Although that’s like reviewing a McDonalds… you get what you pay for.
Honestly since the Bdubs franchise has gone up in price its hard to justify the price of a meal.
That being said, this location has staff that’s all over the place. Some are very nice, but most are in freakin lala land. We had a waitress bail on us and didn’t tell us she was going anywhere nor did she hand us off at least to another staff member. Finally someone came by and took over as a server, she turned out to be great. The food was good, but not worth the bullshiiiiit of the aforementioned.
I’m not telling you to stay away particularly, but it’s like choosing a fast food place, if your absolutely sick of everything else, still… choose McDonalds, then think about this place…

Great place to get a beer and some appetizers and watch the game. If you’re looking for decent wings and food not the place to go. BWW has a great atmosphere when the games are on but the food isn’t good
