This place is pretty bad. I sat down at the bar and had to wait forever for the poor overworked waitress. Finally got a beer and ordered some fired jalapeño and the hottest wings they had. They brought out canned/​sliced pickled jalapeños that they deep fried. The wings came out cold and their «double dog dare» wings where about as hot as Sriracha table sauce. Plus the temperature of them was cold. I’m not sure how the wings could have been so cold? They are fried! I think they put the sauce in a cooler then toss the wings in it?
So I’m thinking whatever. This place sucks I just won’t come back. I get the bill and the waitress messed the whole thing up. She overcharged me.
Just don’t go here. There’s a twin peaks across the highway and a Buffalo Wild Wings up the street. Hopefully when they close something cool will open up!

We haven’t been to Hooters in a long time. We heard they are more family friendly. I was a little hesitant but when we arrived the host was friendly. We pick out a booth in the back. Our waitress, Nicole was amazing. She came over frequently to check on us. The wings were great. Contrary to previous reviews the wings were fully cooked (I checked). I highly recommend for a family night out.

Today my wife had a craving for your boneless wings so we drove all the way from Pearland to enjoy our old spot. big mistake– Noone was there, waitress came to table only 3 times, it was embarrassing.
I am glad we no longer live by this Hooters– it truly was a sad dismal atmosphere. The music was too loud to enjoy, since I had a child we were sat in an area where I guess they put all the kids since we were all jammed into that little corner area.
Just not gonna come back. I’ll take my business to another joint where they want to earn the money. And by the way the wings tasted awful, you went way easy on the sauce since most of it was still dry. And your girls are, well, bottom of the barrel, who, decide for whatever reason to not smile.
I can say at least we were offered a to-​go drink. Thank you very much, but, it’s a small because the bigger sizes were all out.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 and sat at the bar. It took about 15 minutes to be addressed and to get a drink. It took even longer for the bartender to return to take my food order. The bar area was not even half full. No help from management, correction no site of management to help.

If I could give this a negative star I would. I have never been put down by an employee ever at a restaurant until now. As I entered An employee told me I had to sit at the bar rather than getting a table like I asked and really had no interest sitting at the bar. Thankfully some of the ladies were nice enough to tell me this guy was kidding but really made me feel like I was not welcome for absolutely no reason. So I left and asked for his name. In his defense he tried to apologize by saying he was just F’in with me. I didn’t appreciate his language as he really as he really had no business cursing at me as if we were buddies. I really did feel like I was not welcome. I went over to Twin Peaks instead and was seated no problem and the service was very good. I would be embarrassed if I owned this Hooters.

Awful experience. After convincing my group that Hooter’s was better than Twin Peaks… mostly because I selfishly was dying for the Buffalo Shrimp, the service and food were awful. Look… I expect sub par service. But it took forever and finally it gets there… the buffalo shrimp were so over cooked it reminded of the turkey off Christmas vacation when they cut into it and it «poofed» to nothing. Then my sister bites into her naked boneless wings and they were ice cold in the middle. We sent both back, but never once did a manager come over to ask why. Do not waste your time or money. No redeeming qualities at this location.

Well… I’ve been talking about getting this Cobb Salad from Hooters for months, my co-​workers have been egging me on for the last couple of weeks to just get it, I just never have… until today. I love chopped egg on a salad and guess what this Cobb Salad was missing. You got it, chopped egg… the whole reason they call it a Cobb Salad. Super eggspecially disappointing.

the food came to the table cold. Fish sandwich although good size was overcook and barely warm, the fries were cold and it took a while to get to the table. THE WAITRESS was clueless and acted surprised to see us. Never asked how was the food or came back to the table voluntarily had to be yelled for. So go for the beer selection and TV viewing but not the food. I am sure there is a sportsbar elsewhere to watch tv.

Why change the ranch? I couldn’t even enjoy my wings or fried pickles. Ick! Anyone want Kraft ranch with your wings? I won’t be going back until they change back to the old ranch.

Terrible service and even worse food. Took 3 hours to eat dinner — – I sent my food back twice and it still came back cold. The others ate their food cold because they were starving it took so long. The manager on duty was worthless. Awful experience. Now I know why Twin Peaks is always crowded — they will def be getting my business.

They have made some great changes to Hooters, updated it have better drink selections and new menu items. Went for the UFC fight on Saturday and it was packed! Our server was Cersten she not only kept up with us and all her other tables which had to have been difficult what a breath of fresh air, intelligent and engaging, but not overly done. Well done Hooters glad to be able to update this review.

Ok, I called the Hooters in Pasadena on BW 8 & was on hold 4eva, which is always. So I just figured I’d go to the one in Webster off 45S. I always get my wings fried crispy or well done which is like 20 minutes. Therefore with that being said I got my wings back and they were not fried to my liking still soft. I had to wait another 20 – 25 minutes again for my order. Like I told the manager, if my order was done correct in the beginning I would not have been the only person there for lunch over an hour because the cook did not know what well done was or just didn’t follow my orders. I’m getting kind of fed up with Hooters, I think I’m going to just stick with wing stop for now on, they know what well done is.

I was there a couple of nights back. Four people each with three beers but one with 1 extra. They charged an extra 4 beers. When we asked if there might be a problem, the manager kinda freaked out. The service was pretty good but someone either got free beers on us or extra tip. Be careful there.

I can understand the Rockets game versus the ufc fight at the same time. The manager had an obnoxious attitude when inquiring amongst the audio of the fight. Furthermore the wings here was not as president in the menu nor by the waiteress. I can understand grilled wings but not burnt. The only things I can acknowledge that was great was the alcohol. I mean cup, ice and pour.

Why such an overall low rating?!?
We came here for an early lunch on a Saturday. Service was great and food is better than most wings places. Beers are iced cold!
We ordered:
1. Nachos — decent
2. Boiled shrimps — decent
3. Chipotle Honey wings (naked aka not breaded) — flavor is great
4. Hot wings — decent
Beers are iced cold.
Our server is great! Kendall was our server.

Worst service ever! Their manager Jacob is very unprofessional does not know how to a handle a business, or situations that require customer satisfaction and very disrespectful to customers and employees.

I’ve been to this location many times over the years and it’s always been one of the top hooters I’ve been to. We visited last night and the food was great we got boneless wings buffalo shrimp and fried pickles. The manager was making rounds constantly checking in to make sure things were going well. The only bad thing was our waitress took our pickles without asking but she got us a new batch free and we wanted to watch the SF Giants&Cardinals game (very big deal) and they wouldn’t put it on a TV closer to us so we could see better.
