My 1st Dunkin Donuts ever. Its nothing special and the coffee was blah. I was expecting more because of the big fuss my hubby used to make when comparing them to Krispy Kreame but I really didn’t see what the big deal was.

Terrible service. I went there a couple of months ago and the employee was chatting with a person who was not in a vehicle and had walked up to the window(I had already placed my order at that time). After patiently waiting for at least 5 minutes(no honking, yelling, etc.), I got tired of it and decided that I was going to go down the street to Honey Dew instead. I couldn’t understand why she would take my order but then continue to chat with her friend and disregard the fact that she had customers. At first, I was the only vehicle in line but it quickly grew to 4 or 5 vehicles and we were all STILL waiting for her to finish chatting. Anywho, as I drove by(with my window down), I heard one of them say«What a bitch»;(whether it was the employee or her friend, I don’t know). Yeah, that was the end of that. I don’t think I will use this location again.

There is a pretty decent sized parking lot but I’m not sure why they bothered. This is a stand alone store that is strictly a drive thru only. Don’t try to get out of your car, there is no walk in entrance. Simply drive around to the sign, place your order, and then drive up to the window to pay for and pick up your order. The young lady working was nice enough but slow and dumb as a stump. She couldn’t follow directions to make Mrs. B’s coffee proper, and then took a couple of minutes to add the proper amount of cream and sweet and lows she left out originally. It’s not like it was busy(there was no one else in line), and she spoke perfect English.
