I’ve been a member for nearly a year now. I haven’t had a single session that i didn’t like. I did however bounce around between locations and therapists a bit. Every single theripist has been sure to meet my exact needs given that i generally do have back pain when i come in. I always feel much better afterwards :)

I have had many massages and I have to say that Mike G in Webster is the best!!! He listens to my needs and then works on my problem areas and I always leave feeling renewed. The staff is always friendly and getting an appointment is easy. I signed up for the membership because Mike G is that good and everyone there is courteous and friendly. There were no high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign up and unlike most people I actually read my contract to understand how and when I can cancel my membership. The reviews I have read where they say they didn’t know about the automatic renewal… well, maybe you should read what you sign. My best friend in Las Vegas has had a membership out there for a few years now and loves it. Never a problem getting an appointment. I have already recommended Massage Envy to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so.

BEWARE! They will try to sell you a membership that sounds so reasonable until you try to use it. We have tried to get into all three locations on numerous times with out success. This is even worse if you want to schedule their couples massage which is what brought us there in the first place.
If you try to cancel you will be obligated for the remainder of the year even though they can’t get you in. We now have a combined 10 massages we can only use for as long as our membership lasts which is about 3 more months
Topping it off… We just showed up to use a couple of them including one we paid a $ 10 transfer fee for our daughter who is visiting and they made a mistake in the booking! Ugh

I signed up for a membership after a high pressure sales tactic in the office. Supposedly I was given a «special» deal of a six month membership bc the least amount of time to sign up for was 12 months. Little did I know that the membership would automatically renew. I called to express my dissatisfaction with the unauthorized charges on my credit card and was basically told that since they have my signature on the contract there was nothing they could do about refunding the charges. I feel like I was purposefully deceived and I expressed that to the manager and owner of the facility and a refund was refused. Realizing there is nothing I can do except express my dissatisfaction with their unethical business practices, I am reviewing them here on Unilocal encouraging others to find a company who is ethical.

Terrible massage. It felt like a dog being pet, not a massage. To add to the experience, the therapist told me her entire life story (complaining all the while) and made me very uncomfortable. I tried to change the subject to happier things or get her to stop talking and she kept droning on… and on. When I left I was met with the most high pressure hard sell I have ever had the displeasure of being attacked with. I felt trapped. I would not recommend this place for anything.

I’ve had a few massages in my day from various places. This place is nice. This first massage is at a discounted price. I opted to get the 1 and half hour massage for my first one for $ 57. That is a great deal. After your massage, you can pay for it and leave or they offer a «membership». It’s $ 59 a month for 1 monthly massage and if you want more than one in a month then pay $ 39 for 1 hour, $ 57 for 1 and half, $ 78 for 2 hour massages.
