Erin helped me qualify for a beautiful bed, even though I thought there was no way it could happen with my credit. She went above and beyond what I’ve ever had for customer service, and walked me through the whole experience thoroughly and politely – she never once made me feel like I was wasting her time or treated me like an idiot.
Especially as it pertains to huge purchases, I prefer buying from a person who takes the time to listen and respond. She told me in detail about the warranty I was buying, and let me tell you, it’s a great deal. I am so relieved that my bed is covered for ten years.
My sweetheart and I are so excited to receive our new bed this weekend. Thanks for a wonderful and positive experience!

I first arrived right when they opened on Saturday 10÷10÷15. Chantel greeted me promptly and gave a clear explanation of the color codes on the bed. I told her I was waiting for my family. I have a 20 month old son. When him and his dad arrived, Chantel explained the colors on the bed to him. She helped us with laying on the different beds and helped us come to our decision. The entire experience for us as a family was wonderful. They had toys for our son to play with, they were interacting with him just as much as us. While Chantel was with us, her sales associate Trish was with our son playing with the legos. They really made us feel comfortable. We were able to get the mattress delivered that night! They even hauled away our old mattress, box spring and frame. I hope we don’t have to purchase a new mattress anytime soon, but if we do– we will definitely be back!

Buying my mattress from Mattress Firm has made a difference in my life because I am sleeping much better. The store manager Chantal White was wonderful she really gave a good presentation of the inventory in her store and it helped me make an informed decision. I will recommend the Mattress Firm on Bay Area Boulevard to everyone I can. I had purchased a mattress set 2 years ago at Ashley Furniture it actually fell apart Ashley does not stand by their product the customer service was absolutely horrible and I will never purchase anything from Ashley again after reading this review if you go and purchase something from Ashley don’t say you weren’t forewarned.
I really like Mattress Firm policies and warranties.
