Pros: the waitress was extremely nice, talkative and helpful. She checked up on us regularly and was just great Cons: the table we were sat at was dirty with crumbs. The menu was sticky with gross stains on it. I ordered a smoothie and it took 15 minutes. My mom ordered a side of broccoli and when she was handed her plate of food, there was no broccoli. We were told that the cook simply forgot to make her broccoli. When she asked for a side of broccoli, they brought her a side of rice(um, what?) Also, her lobster was EXTREMELY overcooked, we were shocked at how tough it was.

We were celebrating a Grandson’s birthday yesterday when I noticed a cockroach climbing on the wall. We called it to the attention of the waitress and a manager. The manager brought over paper towels to get it so I offered to be the«exterminator» and was able to secure the demise of the unwanted guest. The manager and the store manager came over to apologize. As we were winding down our evening, the store manager came over, and in a coy manner, recommended Diatomaceous Earth she had written on a napkin as a way to control fleas and roaches, insinuating that someone in our group had brought the roach in with us. After all that we did and put up with, the gall of this lady to do this was beyond me. I was not made aware of this until after we had left the building or would have shared my displeasure with her personally. Normally, I would have left without eating after seeing the bug but we were there to celebrate a birthday and the location was his request. We will not ever be back. Red Lobster on Bay Area Blvd in Webster has become Dead Lobster to me!

Cheddar biscuits were great as always as were the Seaside Shrimp Trio and Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon that my parents ordered. Wanting something new, I decided to order the lobster bisque. It was not what I expected. For me it was below average, would not order again. The consistency was fine but there was something off about the taste. Also, when my mom asked to substitute one of her sides, the server did not tell us that substitutions costed extra which was a disappointment.

Have not been to this Red Lobster in years. Contemplated about going due to how expensive they are with menu I saw online. Went as I was invited by other family to meet them there. What do you do to your Croutons for the salad? Freeze them? They are hard as a rock. I broke my tooth on one tonight. Next week will be a visit to the dentist. Great way to start the New Year! Other than that the food was okay. Cheddar Bay Biscuits were good!

I was dining alone and opted to sit at the bar. It took about 10 minutes for a staff member to acknowledge me. Once the area was clean and cleared it was all good from there. I wanted a signature drink, but my diet will only to have one glass of wine. I ended up with Riesling to feel like I was doing something big. I ordered the garlic shrimp scampi, snow crab, and stuffed flounder. I had green beans and a salad as my sides. My garlic shrimp were pretty good. My crab legs were not hot which made them a little difficult to eat. The stuffed flounder was a ok, but lacking in taste. The bartenders were attentive and nice. It was a decent meal, but noting too exciting.

The food was tasty and the service was great. However, the location on Bay Area in Webster smells like wet dog, mold, and Lysol. The building needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt from scratch nice and fresh. Next time I’ll order food to go.

very disappointing. I came here tonight for a birthday dinner and our waitress was very slow at getting us everything. She took forever getting us drinks at first, our salads, appetizers and food. Our waitress would come back with excuse of why she hasn’t been helping us, getting our beers and etc. every single time she stopped by our table. There was a hair in the strawberry lemonade and they got my order wrong TWICE. I specifically ordered the roasted Maine lobster bake. When our food came out, they made the crab and roasted garlic seafood bake. I told them that was not what I ordered and when they came out with my ‘fixed’ order, It was the Bar harbor lobster bake. Obviously they were not listening to me. The food took so long, I just ate it anyways because there was no use keeping my party of 6 there all night for them to fix their mistake. The manager didn’t know what to say and the only thing he could tell us was«sorry, can I get that plate out of your way?» I understand people have bad days but the management at red lobster was not helpful or considerate to us at all.

My fiancé and I love red lobster. We always get the lobster pizza as the appetizer, its to die for! I get my usual coconut shrimp and he usually gets the ultimate feast. Foods always great, but the last two nights we went the service was horrible. The first time, the waitress never came to check on us. It took 30 min to get our salads and I don’t even remember how long it took for us to get our food but we were there for a long time. It wasnt even busy. It was so bad my fiancé didn’t even tip her, so I left some cash on the table. It wasn’t nearly close to what we would have gave her if she had just provided good service, or at least a smile. We went the other night with my brother in law and his wife and ended up getting the same waitress, unfortunately. The service wasn’t as bad until she almost hit my fiancé in the face with a hot plate, and then told him to watch out. The whole time she maybe smiled one time, we also had to ask for biscuits and refills. I work in food, my fiancé used to as well, and we know how it is. But theres no reason to be that rude when you work on tips.

This place is wonderful! Everything came out correct hot and wonderful. Enough time to eat the salad before the main meal came out. The bartender Naajee was very knowledgable and kept those cheddar baked biscuits coming. The manager Kevin was also very helpful. He checked up twice and even turned down the air conditioning when I said I was cold. Overall great place to eat. Will be returning.

Me and my lady were feeling nostalgic and decided to try Red Lobster for lunch. We placed an order for our appetizer stuffed mushrooms with lobster and crab. While we were waiting we were brought out a basket of cheddar biscuits which were awesome. I dont usually care for biscuits but there were soft and had a great taste. We placed our order for our main entrees which consisted of lobster tacos and crab linguini pasta. Overall the food was pretty good and so was our service by the waitress.

Arrived and were told there was a 15 minute wait. This would not have been a big deal if they had been busy, but I counted 8 tables empty and waiting to be bussed. Staff was milling around with no sense of urgency, rather than getting tables cleared for the people that were waiting. Watched one table that was empty when we came in and it took 10 minutes before anyone bothered to bus it, and at that, it took them 2 trips. The service was lackluster, our waitress seemed more like a robot than an actual person. No sense of humor or personality to speak of. Again, no sense of urgency when things were forgotten. Drink ran out several times with no offer to refill until asked. On the plus side, the food was good. The cheddar biscuits are always great, and the snow crab was delicious.

Went for the all you can eat shrimp since I have been craving shrimp. Started with the shrimp scampi, garlic shrimp, & the parmesan crusted shrimp plus baked potato and salad. Can’t forget the wonderful cheddar biscuits either. The food was good for the price. Our waitress was attentive and service was fast. This was the best experience that I have had at this establishment. This go round, they get 4 stars.

They have the best jumbo coconut shrimp served with tasty piña colada sauce. Good value for the price you pay. We’ve always had good service.

Not great. The only thing I wanted was the cheddar biscuits and but that was the only thing we got that came out good. The drinks were good too but the food was mediocre at best. The lobster bisque was cold and had the texture of mayonnaise. The crab had a strange taste. We were not at all impressed(and we’ve always liked red lobster). The service was great but after spending $ 200 for food that my family didn’t even enjoy, the only way I’ll go back is if someone else is paying.

Horrible food! We we’re very disappointed, the soup tasted like it came out of a plastic bag! The crab legs had a strong flavor, that means they’re old! Service was awful, he gave us our bill in the middle of our meal. We didn’t have a chance to order another drink, or asked if we wanted dessert, we were rushed through the whole meal! We will NEVER go back!!!

The only reason why I ate at Reds last night is because my grandma had been wanting to eat here for 12 or more years(she waited this long for one of her daughters to take her here). I ordered the Island Mahi-Mahi with some Peach Lemonade. The peach lemonade was superb, and tasted just like fresh peaches. When the fish arrived to me, I felt rather disappointed when I saw how small the potion size was and it cost me about $ 17 for my meal. My aunt, brother, grandma, and cousin friend all ordered something that was $ 17 less and their potion sizes were larger. The menu read crispy red potatoes, but instead fried french came out. The menu to the Mahi didn’t read broccoli, but the lady brought out some out though I don’t like broccoli the waitress demanded that I ate the green trees which I thought was a bit over the top rude. I’ve tasted the Mahi Mahi before but at The Aquarium in Kemah and it was delish. Now those tasty biscuits were really yummy. Lots of butter, and cheese made just right. I didn’t understand why they didn’t have any classical music playing, you could just hear babies crying, and people smacking their mouths with food. I swear it would of been nice to have some music not loud, but some. I didn’t tip our waitress because I thought she was a bit rude, and too sarcastic. My aunt and brother got mad at me because I didn’t. They said I should, and need to but honestly I don’t need to do anything. Red Lobster used to be known as a fine dining place, but it wasn’t too fine for me. Not sure if I wanted to recommend to this place to anyone.

There’s one reason I eat at Red Lobster: Cheddar Bay Biscuits(See: Best Complementary Breads List) However, when I heard about their four-course $ 14 feast, I decided maybe it’s time to pay Red Lobster another visit. The Good: Don’t expect miniature lunch-sized portions just because you’re paying for a set menu — the portions were huge. The Bad: The gumbo tasted like it came from a can. Go for the New England Clam Chowder instead. The Ugly: The employee manning the hostess stand, Taylor, was extremely unprofessional. I watched him drop 2 sets of napkins/utensils on the floor by the front door then discretely pick them back up to use while showing us to our table. I asked him for extra napkins so we wouldn’t have to use the soiled linen napkins which caused him to hesitate for a second then reply, «Sorry, we don’t have any.» Luckily our server overheard him lie to us and swooped in to save the day. Thank you, Brentley.
