All of the locators here are nice, but Becky is amazing! She has helped me and countless friends of mine to find a good place to live, even at the last minute. The service is free, and you can reach her at anytime. You don’t have to be looking for just an apartment, they do private home and condo rentals as well. They don’t just do apartment locating! Jennifer has taken me to see condos. She took me two years ago and then just recently so I could find a bigger kitchen. I sent her which places I liked off of
and we went and saw them. They can also show you houses and townhomes.
Everyone in the office is so friendly. They do a great job of keeping up with everything. We had issues with who the checks should be written to and they did a great job getting everything done.
This is a free service!!! Do not hesitate to use them! They are paid by the apartment that you sign with. An important part of this is that you need to put on your application that they referred you to that apartment so that they can be paid.
