The Falls At Clearlake

I have lived at many places in the clear lake area. Some really high end and expensive places. One of the things that attracted me to this place was the price. I live in a two bedroom townhome and couldn’t be happier. The staff and management is incredible !!! Lisa the manager always takes her residents interest at heart. The grounds are always kept up and clean. I have not had one problem with crime in 3 years that ive been here. Any time I need anything done they are prompt and efficient at getting it done. I have never see any type of bugs in my apartment or rodents. that’s always a big plus !! If your looking for a great place to live may I suggest The falls at Clear lake !!!

This place is a horrible place to live. My lease is about to expire (13 months) and I could not be more happy. Where do I start about with this place? Management– is not professional or helpful once you move in and they have you locked in on a lease. They do no care at all about the you as a tenant or the issues with your apartment. There is a massive roach problem on this property. We are extremely clean. We keep our apartment immaculate and roaches are always around no matter how many times the exterminator cowls and sprays. The class of people are pretty low. A lot of illegals live here. Late night beer drinking in the parking lots, park areas, and especially on their porches at 3 or 4 am is the norm around here. Loud music and speeding cars is to be expected if you move here. Trash and just an overall dirty complex. We were kind of fooled because it seems quite during the day because the tenants are at work or school, but once the late afternoon arrives… so does a very annoying and uncomfortable place to live. The walls are paper thin. I have to bang on the walls at least once a day. I am LITERALLY about to do it as I type this review. I am currently hearing the loudest Spanish music ever. The people here are rude and of low class. The laundry mat on the complex is a disaster and filthy. It’s full of mud, dirt, and trash from all the illegal workers. My neighbors have 7 people in one unit. 3 adult men, 2 adult woman, and 2 children. If you are smart, you will keep looking if this place is under consideration for you to live. I was going to write this review a month or so after the lease signing, but I thought I would wait and till I was about to move out. This horrid 13 month nightmare will end in just over one month… thank God.

*Used to be better when owned by individual. *Now owned & managed by Greystone *Office is bad about communicating about repairs, pest control, etc in a timely manner. *Noisy neighbors who don’t watch their kids, play loud music outside, drive too fast in the parking lot, and bang on their car engines all day. *Dirty landscaping (there are so many trees that there is almost no grass, there is very poor drainage, and the trees are the kind that drop berries/​pollen/​flowers & other tree detritus almost year-​round). All this equals dirty carpet in entry way. *There are very few pet waste stations on site (they don’t empty the ones they have often enough either) so there are animal feces everywhere. *There dozens of feral cats on the property. *Manager is never rude to your face, but doesn’t seem to care about making residents happy. *They have a Nickel & Dime mentality about monthly non-​rent fees and move-​out charges.
