Thomas Kinkade At Tlc Gallery

Amazing customer service.
My mother wanted a Thomas Kinkade print that is sold in a gold frame and needed it in Waco no later than Thursday to take as a present to a retirement party.
I called the one place in Waco (aka Hickville USA) and they didn’t have the exact print and it would take them two weeks to order it.
I live in Dallas and I called the three Thomas Kinkade Galleries in my area and they either didn’t have it or they didn’t answer the phone and didn’t bother to call me back after I left a message.
I called this Gallery because it is very near my best friend’s house thinking if we had to, she could pick up the print and ship it to us.
I know I called and bothered the gentleman in the gallery at least 5 different times. But he kept assuring me that it was no bother and that he could get what we needed done.
I finally called back the last time with my mother’s debit card number. Ordered the print and gave him the delivery address. The next day when the print shipped, he emailed me the tracking information… and the package was delivered on my mother’s front door a day ahead of schedule.
Next time I am in town to visit my best friend, I am going to stop in at this Gallery and thank them and maybe do some shopping of my own.
