Time Warner is the worst company I’ve dealt with. Tried to upgrade to a different package with internet and TV only, but they kept pushing me with the triple play. I have a cell phone and I don’t live at my house full time, why do I need a landline? The sales rep asked me how much I paid for my cable and TV in MA, what does that get to do with the price in NH? He obviously(Ray) didn’t like my answer and I got transferred from customer support to sales and back to support. These people are morons and don’t know how to handle customers. All I wanted was to add a TV line so I can watch football. They stink! But the thing is they got the monopoly there. Comcast and Verizon, please have your service available in Conway area.

Time warner cable is the worst company that I have ever tried to work with. I recently called to complain about my cable bill constantly going up. The employee who answered had to have been the most disrespectful person I have ever talked to in my entire life. Not only was she rude but she told me that the«deals» you get as a new customer only last for a little bit until they can get you paying full retail value. She also told me that I should stop doing business with them, I thought businesses try to make their customers happy but clearly not this company. This company has made me cut the cable and go to just internet. I feel as if I’m a hostage when it comes to them because they are the only internet provider around. If I could change to a different provider I gladly would. Time warner cable is just awful if I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t. This company is horrible.

if I could rate them with zero stars I would. the cable constantly scrambles and they do nothing about it. I have been put on hold for over an hour by these disrespectful employees. unfortunately they hold a monopoly on the cable in this region. they are the only choice. this really needs to change.
