Dutch Bros Coffee

What is it about Dutch Bros that everyone likes so much?
I visited for the first time last week and had trouble finding something on the menu that I liked. All of their drinks are mixed with sugar, syrups, and cream. I was able to order a soy latte, but it wasn’t on the menu. Also, I got a medium and it was GIGANTIC! Had I known, I would have ordered a small.
Additionally, I wanted to grab a quick breakfast while getting my coffee, but realized that the only food they have is muffin tops. The muffin top itself was just okay, but was loaded with sugar.
The staff were friendly and my drink came up quickly.

These small coffee stands has a large amount of happy energy that come out of them. The Nutty Irishman (drink) is awesome. I have not ran into a Dutch Barista that has shown if they are overwhelmed or not having a good day. Cheers, and well done!

I usually order a large black Americano and it is fantastic at Dutch Bros. The same drink at other places is intolerable. Dutch Bros actually knows how to make a dry cappuccino correctly. I cannot tell the difference between a cappuccino and a latte at most places. The music volume does not bother me, I kind of dig it. The staff is always super friendly and interacts personally. Read their mission statement. Great coffee, good music, and fun people-what’s not to like?

First, the music was so loud that they got my order wrong… twice. I shouldn’t have to scream my order at them over loud music… no okay… not a bar. The coffee, once I finally received what I ordered… a simple caramel latte. was okay but not great. There were SIX young people inside of the small drive through building who were so busy making plans, socializing, looking at their phones, and singing that I am pretty sure customer service was the last thing on their minds. The next time I am passing through Wenatchee I will make sure to drive by and not through a Dutch Bros. Coffee stand.

I would actually rate this place 2.5 stars because the service was friendly and nice. The gal made it a point to talk to us at the window while we waited for our drinks and as a former Starbucks barista in which we were forced to do that… I feel her pain.
I have heard really good thing about Dutch Bros. Friends on social media always post about it and because there is none on the westside and we were visiting in town I wanted to give it a try as we made our trek back home.
I ordered the white mocha and maybe I just didnt order it right because again at Starbucks I would modify the sweetness of all their drinks… but this drink was God awful. I ordered a medium and only drank about 1 ounce of it because it was so disgustingly sweet. My husband ordered a chai tea latte with an add shot and we couldn’t even taste the chai flavor. Again total waste of money… really disappointed and again maybe we just ordered the wrong thing or didn’t order it «right» but I think I will skip out on DB coffee…

We come here everyday. LOVE THEM. We love the coffee, the employees, and the atmosphere. They’re just awesome!

I must say this, this place beats Starbucks hands down! They have awesome customer service here and like Raquel said, the customer service is amazing, but from all the Dutch Brothers we’ve been to seems about the norm for this place.
No matter how busy they are, thats another thing DB is real good at, keeping the lines moving, they will have someone outside with there order thing putting the order in, and if you have a CC paying there so all you have to do is get to the window and get your drinks! They are very friendly as well!
If there is a Dutch Brothers by you, or you see one I would most certainly recommend them!

Like most dutch brothers it is LOUD so loud they can have trouble getting your order right if you are ordering more than one drink. But I come here over starbucks anyday. Good coffee but loud music.

Wouldn’t recommend this place for a coffee lover. 3 windows, long wait with 6 people working. Not a good tasting latte

I’m a huge fan of this coffee. Wish it’s in Seattle!!! Ordered regular iced coffee, they made the best one! Came back few times and made the right one!!! Well done!

Dutch Brothers is great… fast service, the best friendly employees you will ever find. Always enjoy stopping in for a quick coffee or tea fix…

I’m a big fan of Dutch Bros! They are always consistent with their drinks and their service! Jimmy and his staff are absolutely top notch for coffee shops in the Wenatchee Valley! Keep up the great work!
