I slipped and fell HARD in the Wenatchee Walmart and the door greeter ran over to me and helped-I showed her the small pool of spilled water where it happened She told me I need to fill out an accident report I ended up doing that because I HURT and twisted when falling Over a month later and many phone calls to the store for help beyond filling out the form I was given a phone number to call the Insurance person who deals with reimbursing for medical I called and it was ATT —? So I called again and again to no avail Finally with persistance I was called by an insurance women who grilled me with questions as to where I work and personal things in hindsight I realize were not even legal to ask In the end she said that Walmart told her there was NO liquid on the floor and they had witnesses stating that! So I did not get reimbursed for my chiropractor and that fall ended up costing me over 200 dollars Interestingly a couple managers reassured me that I would be taken care of and that is why they had insurance! I reminded the insurance woman that the store told me they have a video of my fall After all the stress of having this happen I learned the store is incompetent and willing to lie and cover-up my incident UN professional to say the very least!

Honestly I absolutely hate the managers at this store they are super unprofessional. Everytime I go in I encounter them being extremely rude to there employees in front of customers. Even the store manager she can be super brutal. Some times I can see why but come on talk to them in private

I normally DONOT shop at Walmart because every time I do, something irritating always happens. So I was looking to buy a specific wooden wall calendar online and saw had it for the cheapest price I could find. I took a risk and placed my online order and selected the«site-to-store» option, since I didn’t want to pay for shipping. Took about a week shipping to finally get my «ready for pick up at store» email. Went in there and the elderly woman employee started to search for my order in the photo area drawer. I told her it’s not a photo calendar. She came back to me and said it wasn’t in yet. I told her I received an email that it’s ready for pick up and tried to show her the email I received, and she didn’t even bother to look at the email. She said it takes a week to be delivered. I told her I ordered it a week ago and have a tracking number that says it was delivered here. I asked for a manager and explained the situation. The manager simply went in the back room and grabbed out my item. If the original, incompetent employee would of just listened to me when I said IT’S NOT A PHOTOCALENDAR and looked in the back, she’d have no problem finding my item. That’s what I get for taking a risk shopping at Walmart. Lesson learned!

Cut about 90% of the conversation and GETMECHECKEDOUT!!! We are not associates or friends. It does not take 30 minutes to check $ 80 worth of groceries. Whew!!!
