Sorry wasn’t a fan of this place just didn’t seem clean(dirty fork) n steam tables needed to be wiped off. Staff needs to pay better attention to food tables. Food was barely warm which was another concern. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Overall I thought it was a pretty good experience. The food is average quality but there are lots of options from sushi to hibachi to American food. Service was good, they did a good job in light of some very rude customers that sat at a table next to us. For the quality of food it is kind of pricey but not too bad. The sushi did not look appetizing and looked like it had been sitting out for too long so I didn’t touch it. Bathrooms were messy. Overall it’s a decent place to get lunch or dinner but could use some tune ups.

Pluses: Very good selection, most everything was cooked quite well(a couple of chicken dishes were pretty dry), attentive wait staff, clean(other than the men’s room, which was terrible), nice atmosphere, in general it was a nice place. Could be betters: Cost(14.99/person for dinner buffet is kind of high), chilled crab legs tasted ok but were VERY waterlogged, mall-style parking(you may have to park some distance away). Minuses: Only one, and the reason for 3 stars instead of 4 — a general lack of seasoning. Many items were bland, bland, bland. I have never had flavorless lo mein before. I liked the little kick of heat in the seaweed salad; that was unexpected, but nice. It’s a half-hour drive, so I probably won’t be back.

We tried this place out for the first time today. I am a huge Chinese food fan and I have to say this place is amazing. They have a good variety of dishes including sushi and Dim Sum. Everything was fresh and at the weekend price of $ 10 I felt very satisfied. My only complaint is I live almost an hour away. The wife and I both agreed that we will be coming back.

We occasionally eat at Asian Buffet. The selection is broad and quite good. The shrimp and the salmon are my personal favorites. We try to eat healthy, and at least they offer some healthy foods that are not breaded and fried as well as a large selection of fruits and vegetables.

For that price and that quality of food I can say that is one of the best buffets in Tampa area. The greans were fresh and that is a big surprise for a buffet. Cooked salmon was perfectly cooked and not dry at all. The raw salmon was on the top point too. Dim sum was not that flavorful, but may be it was just a bad day for it. We will definately be back.

My stomach hurt for 2 days after. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but, never again!

The price on the sheet up front was different from what they charged us… don’t appreciate paying $ 2/person more than what the paper said. Food wasn’t terrible but we won’t return. Most of it was slightly warmer than room temperature, even the platters they JUST brought out from the kitchen. Seafood is next to non-seafood, not food safe.(People in our house are highly allergic to seafood!) The hibachi sauces are good, but the quality of food at the hibachi was medium-poor. Some of the silverware wasn’t very clean looking – made me lose my appetite a bit. A lot of food was dropped into other dishes(by customers) on accident… hard to want ranch dressing when octopus legs are floating in it! They have more«American» food options(like pizza, steak, and salmon) than I’ve ever seen at a Asian buffet! I loved the garlic toast! The roasted potatoes with butter were delicious! Wait staff and hibachi was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the food options. They also are very quick, we were in and out of the restaurant in about an hour. I’m very picky about what buffets I like – haven’t been able to find one I love in the area yet but this was a family friendly place with good service and plenty of food options for the whole family!

Let’s not lie to ourselves. Asian Buffet is a risk that we all have to weight. Not in this case. I visited the Asian Buffet on a Saturday night at 5:30 and the place was full, and they were building a wait list.(lucky for me, I was #1). So that was a positive sign, and The place was CLEAN and well cared for. The food, unlike most buffets the food was hot and fresh.(perhaps my 5:30 dinner time was when they put out the«Dinner» menu) I made my first pass, the Hot and Sour soup was a let down. While there were hints of a great H/S, it was piled down and lacked both the spice of a traditional H/S and was short on the sour as well. HOWEVER, the pan fried dumplings [pot stickers] we cooked perfectly. The spring rolls were much better than the egg rolls. The General Tso Chicken was again, short on a true spicy disc. However the Peanut chicken was a great surprise. The green beans, mushrooms, beef in broccoli, we by far the best tasting disc I had. The sushi and hibachi were nothing that warranted a review, they are what is to be expected. Will defiantly be back to try it again. But as of now, it is worth the visit. Hope this is helpful.

Good Chinese Buffet Food This is our favorite Chinese buffet. One of the keys to a good buffet is volume and they normally have the volume to turn over the food quickly. The variety is exceptional and they have sushi and hibachi options. The servers are friendly and clear plates and refill drinks often.

Have eaten here at least a dozen times. It’s spotless! This place is always spotless. The food is AWESOME, well presented, fresh, and delicious. And the variety is as good as it gets. The staff is courtious and helpful. Always nearby if you need anything at all. Can’t ask for much more than that.

My party(4) arrived on a Sunday and were sat at 3PM. We were told that dinner started at 4Pm and we were there for the lunch rate. What they did not say was that they were not going to add anything to the bars until dinner. The only selections left were picked through worse than a store in Ferguson, MO. by rioting thugs. The food also was mushy and had very little taste. The sushi bar was the worst, I think I would have had a better sushi selection at a Gas Station off the interstate. If you like Dog Chow you may like this place. If not KIOZI down the street is the best…10stars…awesome food.

Very good place with lots of things to eat for a very good price. The food was pretty good, with lots of choices. It’s an interesting buffet, because it has Sushi, Chinese, Korean(only Kimchee but that’s not bad), Italian, and some American food. They have salty food, deserts, and even Pizza. My wife and I can only eat halal meat, or any seafood(since sea food does not get slaughtered, so it is halal for Muslim people). That means that we could not eat any of the meat in this place(pork/ham/bacon is not allowed in Islam regardless), but we still had PLENTYOFCHOICES to eat. The PRICE is GREAT for an open buffet. My wife and I ate for $ 26, including an order of tea(which cost only $ 1, what!!!) and a $ 5 tips that we put. We also had a $ 2 coupon if you eat lunch between the hours of 11 am to 3:30 pm and they honored the coupon. You don’t really need the waitress service, but they do put the utensils and take away the dirty dishes and such. The waiter was very nice and polite. We went on a Sunday morning and it was full, but we still did not wait too long(less than 10 mins wait). We will definitely go there again and again. Honestly, this place is much better than Sushi Café and much more affordable. PS. I wish that their meat was halal. Maybe one day :)

Rip off. No stars. Bait and switch. Came with digital coupon, ate, and they would not accept! Rude about the whole deal too. Food is usually pretty good, servers don’t speak English very well, and they do everything they can to get out of coupons. When we presented the Value Pak coupon on my phone, which they advertise with, they would not accept it. If they treat customers like this I wonder how they treat their employees!

I was impressed by the pictures posted on Unilocal. As I walked in, I noticed the huge selection of food. I filled up my plate with little bit of everything to give it I try. I was very disappointed by the lack of taste. It is after all a Chinese buffet that mixed Japanese sushi with crab legs, I should have known better what to expect. Never again I will go there.

13.99 $ dinner! Cheap! And they have some good stuff: calamari, decent salmon, hibachi, variety of veggies… Of course more then half is soso stuff: fried greasy foods. But if you are picky and choose carefully, quality is quite decent, service is good. I will b back!

Came here for the $ 10 brunch /lunch buffet on Sunday. There is a large selection of Chinese including Kung pao chicken, steak and broccoli, honey chicken, sweet and sour chicken, bourbon chicken, teriyaki steak, pork, wonton soup, miso soup, and much more than I can recall! They also have peel and eat shrimp served on ice, octopus, oysters, and a pretty large selection of seafood. For the $ 15 dinner buffet, they add crab legs too. So if you’re not a big crab legs fan, it’s better to just come for lunch as thats pretty much the only difference. This place has the biggest sushi bar I’ve seen at a buffet ever with 18 different rolls including the deluxe rolls with tuna and salmon on top, plenty of spicy mayo, and eel sauce! They have a hibachi /Mongolian stir fry where you pick out vegetables, noodles, sauce, shrimp, beef, steak, and have them prepare a fresh dish for you. I don’t like all Chinese dishes, but this wasn’t my first rodeo and I knew what to avoid. From what I did try, everything was very good. Our server was quick to replenish our beverages and take away plates. Décor was nicer than the average Chinese buffet with led backlighting and a more modern look. They have 2 rooms for seating with a family /kids room and an adult’s only room which is great if youre not into screaming babies. I’m not big on desert so I just had 5 different kinds of fruit for desert but they did have several flavors of ice cream, rice pudding, jello, cheesecake, chocolate cake, etc. Located just down the road from Wire Grass mall off Bruce b downs next to a Publix and a Ross in a big strip mall in New Tampa /Wesley Chapel. Probably ate more than I should have but everything was great. Thanks!

Every time I come to Florida, I look forward to going to this place! Maybe it’s just because I’m IN Florida at the time… or because this place REALLy is that good. Either way, I always love coming here! I.Love.Seafood!!! Namely, crablegs! This place serves them chilled… which are amazing! There is a very nice variety on the sushi bar as well. Soups, various entrees, chicken, pork, crab, etc. It’s always fresh and delicious! I always leave so full that I can hardly breath right. But that’s proof that it’s a great place! Can’t wait till I’m in FL next time! Will certainly be back!

The best thing about buffets is that there is something for everyone. This is certainly true about Wesley Chapel’s Asian Buffet. This is a regular birthday stop for my oversized family. Pro tip: you get a fun fruit/dessert tray with a singing candle on your birthday! There is a hibachi station where you can customize your own plate with everything from different meats and veggies to noodles and sauces. Directly beside the hibachi grill is large selection of sushi. For the most part, you will find your standard Chinese buffet items here. There is never a shortage of sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, or fried rice. The biggest hit at this buffet is by far the crab legs. Previously they were served hot, but have since been served over ice beside the peel & eat shrimp. There are other delicacies, like octopus and kimchi, on the ice bar as well. A favorite of mine is the salt and pepper shrimp. These items are only included during the dinner buffet, so keep this in mind if you come earlier in the day. Finish your meal off with a scoop of ice cream or choose from small cakes and fruit on the cold bar. The Asian Buffet may not be great for your waistline, but it’s not a bad choice if you’re starving!
