One of many go to places after Amazon for my electronics. I love that they price match Amazon, as long as it is sold from Amazon and not a side company. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I am asked at almost every turn, do I need help. At times, it’s a little too much but I try to remember it’s great customer service. I believe the biggest plus for them is their return policy. For most items there is not a restocking fee. I am a hands on kind of person and I like that if its not exactly what I am looking for they will take it back.

Drove from Sarasota to fetch a tv no other store anywhere on this coast. Made sure the lady in customer service put a hand on the actual item I was looking for. She said she had so I loaded up the truck and drove to Wesley chapel. Half way through checking out they notify me they can’t find the tv. It never existed and when the manager came over it was as if we didn’t exist. No discount on ordering one, no offer to throw in an accessory just sorry and walked away.

I really like this Best buy its very clean and The staff is very friendly. Its also a go to place to get the«Hot Items» because its kind of remote so theres usually not the extreme long waiting line outside for a new item. I bought my new Ipad air 2 here and they had no problem having exactly what I wanted in stock

Every time I walk into this store it is staffed with an exciting group of young people. The issue I have with the ever changing group of go getter’s is that they go out of their way To either hide or avoid eye contact when you need them to answer a question. Similar to hailing a cab in a big city, just when you think they are coming your way they change direction at the last minute and end up either in a group encounter session or will lurk behind an appliance pretending to be busy. A few years back needing to speak to a Sales person” about upgrading my PC’s memory I made the unfortunate mistake of speaking to one of their more arrogant Sales kids, with each question asked the smirk on his face Became more hostile and his attitude more inpatient(I may have taken him away from one of the group encounter sessions) after confirming what I actually needed to buy he walked away looking as if he would have loved to take a swing at me. Like most Best Buys if you know what you want and you have researched the product you really don’t need the«kids» to help you with any questions on functionality but if you do, avoid this store because you won’t find any help or information just blank stares and avoidance ”
