DO NOT STAY HERE.
Room heater did not work at all, while outside temps were upper 30’s. (January 2016). Freezing cold in the room all night. If we didn’t check in very late and exhausted we would have left.
Horrible mattress
No water pressure in the shower. Took 10 minutes to rinse hair.
Very small bath towels.
And the line was so long at the front desk the next morning of folks complaining, we just left.
DO NOT STAY HERE.

This place is bullshit. Saturday night. The parking lot is 20% full. Last night, we asked for extra pillows and were told we couldn’t have any because it is too full. We asked again tonight. Nope. No extra pillows. I’m not sure if there is a worldwide pillow shortage or something, but I suspect it has more to do with a half assed approach to customer service than a problem with pillows. I should have known that we’d have an issue when we checked in and the clerk told us about what a crappy job he had. Good thing there is a Bed, Bath, and Beyond down the road. I’ll be headed there shortly so I can get a good night of sleep. Stay away. Or ask if pillows come with the standard rack rate.

Don’t come expecting a 5 star stay, but if you want a cheap room with adequate amenities, this is your place. I’ve stayed there a couple of times, and it’s nothing fancy, but does offer the basics. Bed isn’t the softest, but it is bed bug free. Bonus! The pool is nice, yet small, and it’s affordable and near shopping and dining.
