I have gone to the Wesley Chapel location twice to upgrade phones and try to gain an understanding of the billing cycles, data plans, etc. Each time I have been helped by Daniel Sandoval. He has been excellent on each visit, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about the store, store of choice.

I came to this store to use another family members update because my phone had been acting up and my mother agreed to switch. I was told by the manager that he could not process my request because Verizon no longer allowed you to switch upgrades with people in your family plan. I was a little upset because my family and I have always done this in the past when someone is in need of a new phone sooner. I left the store and got in touch with a couple friends who worked for costumer services. They informed me that this was incorrect and there was no reason I shouldn’t have been able to switch my phone out that day. Perhaps he just didn’t feel like helping me? After going to the Dale Mabry location I was helped immediately without any problems. I will no longer go to the Wesley Chapel location.
