Apparently have deceptive sales tactics or they made a mistake in my case. Either way, Verizon Corporate is no help-after 6 months of working on this issue they just say that once it’s in the computer it can’t be changed –seriously!!! A huge corporation, and yet they don’t have the ability to fix an employee error?! I’ve been a happy customer for 8 yrs but no longer. Avoid Verizon… Don’t buy EDGE!!!

I went into that location on Sunday to purchase a new clear protector because i spilled soda on mine and it was going underneath and forming a bubble. The young lady in there was so kind and cleaned it up for me without me having to purchase a protector. Tooshay to great customer service.
