This is not a review for this store. Stay away from ATT they allowed someone to open an account in my name. Now they reported me to the credit bureau and this isnt even my account. Stay far away. Will be contacting better business bureau.

AT&T is always quite nice and helpful in most areas.
They are pretty organized with their number on screen system to make sure we know how long it will take for us to wait for assistance.
They advised me on how I can fix what seemed to be a corruption on my phone. But when I asked if I can bring my laptop in, and do it in the store, and have them guide me to clearing my phone, and clear up whatever the virus, they said they could not do that for insurance reasons. They said I can call tech support, and they would walk me through the steps over the phone.
Come to find out, at other cell phone places, they assist you with that process in the store. I wish that were the same for AT&T.
Their phone service and call center customer service is great, but I wish I could have the opportunity to get help with my phone and fixing it in person. I swear that use to be the case back in the day.

I was helped by Christopher Williams and he is crazy awesome!
He went over and beyond to help me out and although it took a while (wasn’t his fault, line at the store, and had to call AT&T over the phone and wait) Chris was extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and nice.
