Best Burger in the entire Tampa Bay Area! Enough said!!! You have to go, make a u– turn and go eat here ASAP!!!

Their food is good however the service continues to go downhill. The cashier couldn’t think for herself, the waitress was rude and confrontational, the cooks couldn’t speak English (per the waitress), there was no manager on duty to assist with the issue AND 3 weeks later I have yet to hear back from them regarding our issue. I don’t care how good your food is if you have crappy customer service. This was not our first experience with bad service there but it was the worst experience we’ve had there.

Why 3 stars… Because the burgers are O.K. nothing to write home about. My son wanted to come here although I attempted to reason with him to try another place. I been to Burger Monger once before and I was not impressed.
The burgers were cooked well done and toppings were added. They gave me chipotle mustard instead of regular mustard and they rectified the issue by giving me several $ 2 off coupons for my next visit. I don’t think I will be back. Although IF I do I would use the coupon because they are quite pricey 3 burgers (my son got a double burger for $ 10), 2 drinks and a half pound of fries for $ 34…the half pound of fries was supposed to feed 2 – 3 people looking at the picture you can tell that was a joke. And that wanna be half pound was $ 2.99. Sorry Burger Monger you won’t be seeing me for a while.

I am gluten free and its hard to eat out but We really love the burger manga burger and the fact they have gluten free buns

Great place to order a burger and fries if that’s all you want. You can customize your burger. They also have cheese fries which is a guilty pleasure of mine. Word to the wise– don’t get too adventurous with their crazy toppings. I like to be daring with my food choices, but doing this blindly on a burger will lead you astray (I say blindly because there is not a lot of explanation on what the topping actually is or tastes like for ex. Neon relish). I got a bunch of new and eccentric toppings that were listed and ended up hating my burger. My husband who stuck to pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mustard on his burger– made the right call. It was a delicious burger when you stick to the basics. There is almost always a coupon for this place, so look online for it. I do recommend this location.

Excellent burgers. My only complaint is the dripping grease from them, but that’s what also makes the burgers yummy! I loved every bite of the food. The French fries taste homemade, they have a yummy «Monger Sauce» I put on my fries and burger. I only asked for cheese and mushrooms and loved it. My husband got cheese, fried egg, onions and tomatoes and loved it. I would come back again, but I’m going on a diet Monday so it’ll be a long while. Lol

Alright I went with a tomatoes balsamic, mozzarella cheese invested, crisp lettuce and pickles burger. I recommend trying this combo, its quite flavorful. The meat was a tad on the not so juicy side. I think next time I will ask for a more medium temp on the meat, can you do that here? we’ll see…

My kid and I really like coming to Burger Monger; it has become our regular Monday night meal («$ 5 Burger Monger Monday»), but I have noticed the taste/​quality of the meat fluctuate slightly on several occasions. For the price, it is a MUCH better deal than any drive through fast food, it tastes considerably better, the service is fast and friendly, and my order has NEVER been wrong. AND… you can order beer and wine with your meal! They also have great thick shakes and malt vinegar for the fries, which are sold by the half pound, pound, and pound and a half.
The best part of these burgers is the plethora of toppings, most available at no extra charge (as many as you care to add), including an assortment of vegetables, cheeses (extra .49), and sauces… there are a few toppings that cost slightly more if you choose to add them (such as bacon, egg, guacamole, and some higher end cheeses for $ 1.49 each). I prefer getting my burger wrapped in lettuce (sans bun) with with the balsamic tomatoes, grilled mushrooms and onions, the (not raw/​fresh) jalapenos, and jalapeño ranch dressing… it’s delish!
Also, you can joint their loyalty club and earn points toward ten dollar award certificates (for every 200 points earned).

I love the potato buns they use for their burgers. Pretty good burger joint! You are able to pick from a BIG list of toppings, at a good price too.

$ 5 Burger Monday’s are nice but it doesn’t work for the veggie burger. If you pay with cash you get a &2 off coupon for Tuesday-​Thursday before dinner.
Fries are good and not a huge portion.

Ok first time here. Took me a minute to figure out how to order my burger standing in front of the cash register. My burger was very very good. I would get it again in a second. Not impressed with the fries I wish they were cooked longer to be crispier and didn’t like how they came looking greasy. But build my burger and and have a Coke and I’m a happy guy!

Wanted to try this place out just because the name sounds cool. The burger was excellent, plenty of options for your burger. Fries were nice and fresh. The beer I had even tasted better than normal. Two burgers, one small fry, a beer and a soda came to $ 30 so not wallet friendly. I’m glad I made the trip but for the money other full service restaurants offer more.
However if you want the best burger around and a beer to go with it this is the place.

Nope. Just save your 8 bucks for a burger and go to five guys! You’ll be glad you did.

$ 10 for a burnt Cheeseburger NOT, never again! The new place is dirty, waitresses just dumped everything off the table on to the floor. Fruit flies coming out of the trash that has not been emptied recently. Wait the best is to come, severe stomach issues half an hour later. I saw another review while I was waiting for my food, they were going to call the health department. I should have asked for a refund and left. Dummy me!!!

My food was soooo good it has to be a crime! The young lady taking our order was superb and helpful because it was my first time eating here. Her recommendations were on point and the burger… AMAZING! I suggest you eat if you get the chance you will not regret it.

This is one for the BEST Burgers I’ve had at a stand alone burger joint! Better than Five Guys… Better than Burger 21!

Delicious, delicious, delicious burgers!!! The meat is so tender and juicy! You can get fresh mozzarella and they toast the bun! All the sides are fresh and local. Fries are fresh! And they make the best hand-​spun shakes — OREO is the BEST! Go there!

This restaurant is fast food but not fast. You have wait for them to cook to the order. The burger is 100 percent pure Japanese Akaushi Kobe beef, 2 – 3 grades higher than USDA Prime. It is heathy burger that you are getting in this joint.
Monday is a special for any patron that show up in the store and get a 6 oz burger for $ 5. Normal price is $ 7. A 29% discount. The burger here has many assembly choices. They are dividing into three categories. First is cheese– the choices are American, aged Swiss, cheddar jack, pepper jack, provolone. You also can add premium cheese such as Mozzarella with additional $ 1.49. The second selection is the sauce — the selections are monger sauce, ketchup, mayo, mustard, honey mustard, grey poupon, ranch jalapeño ranch, A-​1 steak sauce, BBQ, attic goodness sauce, chai chipotle chup. I like my burger plain. The third category is the topping — the choice are lettuce, tomato, balsamic tomato, sweet onion, grill onion, grilled mushroom, jalapeño, dill pickle, onion slaw, banana pepper, tomato relish, roasted red pepper. You also can add bacon for $ 1.49 more.
I like my burger with lettuce, tomato, grilled mushroom, and balsamic tomato. The balsamic sauce drip into the burger created the sweetness and combines with the burger meat burn make this taste heavenly good. I will come for more.

There were a few mistake with my order but Brandon and the rest of staff responded with excellent customer service. They did our order again and gave us a couple of coupons for next visit

The hot dogs are my favorite and the amount of toppings that you can choose from is extensive and scrumptious
They also have beer and wine at reasonable prices.

They have a great deal on Monday’s for $ 5 burgers. This place could … could, give red robin a run for it’s money. I had a regular burger with a crap ton of toppings from the veggie section, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. However the monger sauce was the oddball in my list of toppings/​sauces, it was fantastic! Though it could be much at times, it did add a lot of flavor to the burger.
