The 15 minute wait was well worth it! The food was delicious, he service was fast and friendly. I ordered a pancake which was the size of my plate. It was soft, fluffy, light and flavorful. Their iced coffee is sweetened with agave which gives it the perfect flavor without adding sugar or substitutes. The person I dined with had the avocado omelet and he mentioned how tasty it was, with each veggie inside making it perfect. This restaurant is defiantly a place I will come back to!

Delicious, as always! Love the décor in this First Watch — fresh, clean and slightly rustic. The lemon ricotta pancake makes a fab shareable«brunch dessert!»

I had the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl. This was an amazingly fresh tasting meal. The house-roasted tomatoes are wonderful. The Pesto sauce is well balanced to provide a light creaminess with fresh basil flavor. Kale is raw, providing a nice texture to contrast the quinoa and tomatoes. I used the juice of one lemon wedge to help enhance the flavors. The feta crumbles are what really made this dish for me. The service was nice. Amber was able to help me decide between this dish and a slightly healthier option.

Good omelette, more broccoli than any other veggie though. Bacon was mostly fat, which was disappointing. Way too lite on potatoes,(12 to be exact). They usually give double what I got today.

Food was fresh and delicious. Very fresh and clean feel at this place. Service was superior, I think every server in the place was at our table at some point. Clearing a plate, refills, ect… We will be back when we are in the area.

Awesome! This will be our Saturday breakfast location without a doubt! We are moving to the area from out of state but visited twice in one week. The food was fabulous, the décor was clean and modern and the food was amazing. Fresh ingredients used for for their healthy and creative food and drinks. My favorite is the Florida French Toast topped with bananas, kiwi and strawberries along with the ginger carrot juice. Awesome place!

Love the new look of first watch. I sat at the community table and had a great conversation with another regular. Food is fresh, service is fast. I love the new seasonal specials they have and new juice bar. Great place for breakfast or lunch in Wesley Chapel. Often busy especially on Sundays.

I really enjoyed eating here before they made all the menu changes in 2015. The selection is quite limited now. The food is still tasty and they will still offer to make the similar item as before if the have the product, which helps… but it makes things more complicated. I also dislike that the water is brought out in tiny milk bottles and our cups ate short glasses. They are rarely refilled. Despite the negatives, the staff are wonderful and do take the time to ensure you order is right. They listen, smile, and joke with you. The customer service makes up for many of the downfalls!

I ordered the Belgian waffles with the warm fruit compote. They were very crisp, with the light dusting of powdered sugar. The flavor was good and even the butter. Nothing tasted old or stale. I also purchased a side of bacon. Bacon could’ve been a little bit crisper, but it was a thicker cut and still tasty. The prices are a little bit high. For my meal it was almost $ 12.

My Go To Place in Wesley Chapel, then again there are not many options, but this is good place. What I like most is it the food is consistently good. I get the same thing most of the time, but try to change it up when there’s a seasonal special that sounds good to me. I get the Parma hash pretty often. It’s good because I like skillets and this is it. We use the no wait app, and we do not wait long at all. It is a lifesaver. I wouldn’t want to come here and wait at least 30 minutes. They recently updated the inside. It looks pretty nice and more up to date. This is the breakfast place in Wesley Chapel.

I love First Watch, but I avoid this place like the plague when the Weekend Brunch Warriors descend on this place on Saturday and Sunday. On off-hours is the best time to come if you aren’t into the craziness that ensues during peak breakfasting times. They just revamped their menu, so there’s no longer their signature Bacon-Cheddar pancakes(but our waitress said they can still make them for you!) They now have these Lemon Ricotta pancakes that are crazy good. I don’t know what it is about them, but I have to pull the reins hard to pull my face off the plate. One of my favorites is the Cobb Salad. Really nice portion, and the flavors are really tasty. Good lighter option for lunch if you aren’t wanting breakfast.

I’m never disappointed in this chain, And I normally opt for indie businesses because they tend to be more unique and better quality overall. Every time I go here, the service is top notch with filling drinks, explaining specials, everything. They have very congenial people who work here. I usually go for brunch, and love their seasonal specials. I recently had pumpkin pancakes that were delicious and perfectly made. They give you two pancakes, so you don’t leave feeling like The Michelin Man and usually can opt for something light on the side like fruit. Their coffee is strong, quality stuff and thankfully bottomless! I’ll keep coming back because I’m always guaranteed a stellar, healthful meal and good service.

I really enjoyed this place. My husband and I went with another couple visiting us. It was super busy because it was Sunday. I had the Belgian waffle with eggs and bacon. The waffle was really good. They cooked it just right. It was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. This place was nice and clean on the inside. Definitely a step up from your local Waffle House! The service was also really good despite how busy it was. I’d go back again.

Maybe it’s the early morning long runs. Maybe it’s the not so vegan friendly offerings. Maybe it’s the bad coffee and sugary carbs. I haven’t quite pinpointed what it is that makes me a breakfast homebody. I’d rather sit in my own kitchen drinking a homemade smoothie and eating fried potatoes and vegan sausage hash than go out to a restaurant. So when my coworkers gave me a gift card to First Watch, I thanked them awkwardly, thinking the whole time about how little they know me and put the gift card in a drawer full of forgotten items. It sat there for months. When a weekend breakfast emergency arose, I remembered the gift card and decided it was as good of a time as any to load up the family and head to First Watch. The first thing I realized when we arrived at the restaurant was that other people don’t seem to share my love of being a breakfast homebody. This place was packed. We were put on a waiting list, forty minutes long. First Watch has teamed up with NoWait, a free app that keeps tabs on where you are in line, so I downloaded it and headed over to Don Pan to pick up some toddler snacks. A little less than forty minutes later NoWait informed me that my table was ready so we headed back to be seated. After being seated, our server came to us within moments and took our drink orders. We were given a few minutes to peruse the menu and I was pleased to learn that First Watch isn’t just eggs, bagels, pancakes and meat. They also offer some healthy options including quinoa bowls, granola, parfaits and wraps. Traditionalists, fear not, there is a long list of waffles, pancakes, eggs and meats as well. I opted for the power breakfast. This is a bowl that includes a choice of muesli or granola, nuts, raisins and wheat germ. It is then topped with fresh fruit and cinnamon. Normally it is served with yogurt but I asked for that to be removed. Despite removing the yogurt, the bowl packed a tasty punch. I thought the granola was good, not too hard or dry, and it meshed well with the nuts and raisins that accompanied it. The bowl was topped with fresh strawberries(that I could actually taste) and bananas. My wife ordered a waffle with berry compote. She thought the waffle was good, she thought the berry compote was even better. So did my toddler who, once the waffle was finished, opted to eat the rest of the compote with a spoon. Our waitress was super attentive and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. Our food came out quickly and accurately. I was quite impressed with the service considering the line of people at the door waiting to get in and the fact that every single seat in the place was taken. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to First Watch. I love that they accommodated my diet without having to depend on sugary carbs. If a breakfast emergency ever arises again, First Watch will definitely be on my short list of places to go. That being said, First Watch hasn’t changed my thoughts about being a breakfast homebody. There isn’t something on the menu that I think, man, I can’t make that at home, let’s go to First Watch to get it. For that, three stars is all I can muster.
