Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

0The store seems to be a questionable/​shady. Everything they said was not what was actually written down. Got a call from Verizon, I owe more money for a phone that I turned into sales person in the store. I am down about $ 1,100. make sure that what is written in the box, is also written in the text behind. They will show the box and it seems to be okay but it’s not what is really in the contract. Never received rebates either. Salesperson will give you their cell number for contact. But won’t call you back. I left several messages with the store manager, they are «researching». Days later, never called me back to follow up. This was at the Wesley Chapel store. My salesperson was Matt. I would recommend going to Best Buy or even Sam’s. Never had a problem with those two. Not to mention the new phone they sold me, didn’t work. Took it back days later for a new one, it doesn’t work either. Even that was questionable, two batteries in the box & unwrapped. Wondering if I got someone else’s phone. Used!

I chose 3 stars because the gentleman that worked in this Verizon location was very nice and helpful. But overall, it seems like the Verizon located on Preserve Walk Ln and the Verizon located in Brandon didn’t know what they were doing. I don’t live too far from the 2 Verizon stores (excluding Brandon location).
I came to the Verizon near County Line Rd to get my bill cheaper because I work for a certain company. They apologized and said that they can’t do it for some odd reason and told me to try the Verizon on Preserve Walk. I tried the next day, gentleman just gave me a piece of paper with 2 Verizon locations on it (one of them was Brandon location) and told me to go There to get my bill cheaper. Okay. LUCKILY I didn’t waste my time and gas driving all the way to Brandon location because I called and asked and the lady on the phone said, with attitude, «you need to go online to do that». If I needed to do it online, why didn’t you just state it in the First Place.

I went to the Verizon Store at Wiregrass and the girl was nice but had no knowledge on how to meet my needs!
If you need assistance you need to speak to Jonathan Ramos. He was easy to talk to, was able to meet all of our needs. And extremely professional and quick service. I would recommend to see him…

Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store down the road. These guys are very unprofessional, especially Derek and Abraham. Call verizon corporate, they will tell you the same thing.
