Great food and atmosphere! Lots of tvs! Friendly workers and food delivered fast! Nachos and wings with potato wedges are my fav!

BAD, Worst chicken sandwich ever! I had Buffalo Chicken sandwich and wife had a burger. Chicken in sandwich has hard, it slide to one side when I bit into it, coming out of its breading. Scary bad. Burger was dry, flavorless, overcooked… even the cheese had zero flavor. Fries were cold and very McDonald’s like. Wings were decent, but they should have been. And everything was pricey, more expensive than any normal Chilis, Applebee’s or the like. Tuesday was wing day so wings were $ 0.70, not really a deal and they charged for bad ranch dressing… it’s a wing place, have good ranch at least.

Ugh! Quit the effin vacuum! Close at midnight. I count 12 besides us. Waiting 40 for 6 take out wings. 10:40. Just sayin

Always enjoy going to BW’S. Atmosphere is perfect for watching games. Service was good. I always order the boneless wings with spicy garlic sauce on the side. Pretty good draft selection as well.

The volume was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think, let alone have a conversation with any of my family. Also, I appreciate that it’s playoff season, but football is not the only game being played. It would be nice to have a few more options on the television. And turn the volume down! I haven’t even gotten my food and my ears already hurt.
Sorry…we couldn’t do it. We got our order to go.

Ok. Love the wings but the sound is turned up do loud we took our order to go. I understand having the volume high but my ears hurt and so do my husband’s ears. We will not be returning

Unbelievable, came here for dinner around 7pm and was told there was no food going to be served for at least 45 minutes so they could take care of a to-​go order of 1200 wings. So let me get this straight, they sacrifice dine-​in customer for the sake of to-​go customers. I’m very disappointed. I’ve never heard of something like this.

Not my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings. Hope they get better. We also told the server that we were not ready to go and he brought us our check anyways and proceeded to tell us that he was leaving and had to roll silverware.

Beer was cold burger was cold. It’s always hit and miss I keep going back hoping it will improve but it doesn’t Not very happy.

I’ve seen the other reviews and I know I’m going against the crowd here but this B-​Dubs is AWESOME!!! The atmosphere is excellent, very open, lots of TVs for sports viewing, and more importantly, employees who enjoy their job and are engaging! So often we go in places where employees are disengaged until the drop the check and then they are all smiles. Makes me wonder, are they just happy to see us leave or are they hoping I’ll tip better. Nonetheless, that’s not the case here. This team is having fun and engaged today. Robyn, the bartender is fantastic! You have to ask for her. My Street Tacos were excellent, some of best I’ve had.

Food was awful, taste like frozen food with real food price. Service was mediocre, even hooters has better service and food.
The strange thing is they are always packed. I guess all you need are big screens, modern branding design and alcohol to succeed in this area.

Empty seats everywhere … Sorry sir but there is a thirty to 40 minute wait. Sunday w football playing and the place isn’t staffed ???

Food was good. I enjoyed the pepperoni Flatbread and my son and husband got a wrap. I would like to give them a better rating, but getting to a table was torturous! We put in our name and were given an estimate of 20 – 30 minutes. The people in front of us were told the same. Yet after 30 minutes, neither of us had been seated. The couple asked about it and were told they had received a text and they would have to be put at the bottom of the list. A manager was requested and he sat them quickly. We were told there were three people before us, but watched people who had put their name on the list after us get seated before us.
There are MAJOR issues with their text paging system. My husband and I both have new phones on Verizon Wireless service and had no Internet connectivity via our cell provider while there. If they are going to rely on that service (text), they should also call out names before removing people from the list.
The manager did buy us an appetizer. The server apologized profusely and brought us to-​go drinks, but the joy of being there was lost. I think I’ll think twice before going back… particularly on a Friday evening.

Wild Wings has always been overpriced with small portions, mediocre food, served in paper. When I gave our new location a chance I was suprised by a really good happy hour deal. 3 $ apps and 3 $ domestic drafts every night after 9. Well that lasted 1 week. As soon as Football season started happy hour ended.
Go anyplace else you’ll be better off.

Well let me say first that there are not many options in Wesley Chapel. So no matter what I write this establishment will go on.

So in other words, don’t come here to eat. Just drink and enjoy a game.

This location is less than a month old so they still have a few kinks to work out. I went for the second time since they’ve been open for lunch yesterday to watch the Open championship. I waited nearly 10 minutes for service before I finally stopped a server who was passing by my table to find out if she knew who my server was. Very shortly thereafter my server showed up and took my order. She was extremely nice but did not quite have a grasp on the menu. My boneless wings came out lukewarm and my sweet tea seemed to have no sugar. The bright spot of the entire meal was the kindness of the server. She did her best to make sure I was taken care of and never showed distain when I brought up an issue.
The atmosphere was mostly typical of a Buffalo Wild Wings yet this one has a sense of sterility. Perhaps this is because the lighting is brighter than most other locations. The bathroom was very clean.
Due to the newness of the location and the friendliness of the server I’ve given three stars. I soon expect to be giving a minimum of four once they settle in.

Was in town from New Jersey visiting family & friends and they know I love beer and wings (Go Pack Go). My friends told me about this BWW that opened in their area so of course lets go!
With this location just opening I of course expected their to be minor issues but a bit more than I anticipated. We had several different waitress stop by our table with orders that weren’t ours. I ordered a Stella and 4 came to the table. Seems like there was a senior waitress since she constantly kept telling other waitress the table numbers. We had a group of 5 and we all ordered wings. My daughter ordered a kids wing entrée which should have been 6 wings but 12 showed up. It literally took an hour for us to get our wings. Our waitress kept saying it’s because one of my friends ordered her 12 wings crispy.
Once we finished our meals and requested the check, it took another 15 – 20 mins to get that. We had to call a manager who went to get the check and eventually our waitress showed up. We had a split check which one of our checks had an extra 12 wings & fries charged to their order which we didn’t order nor received. Our waitress went back to correct and ended up making the changes to my bill which was initially correct but now included my friends changes. It took another 10 mins for her to come back with the changes.
Needless to say this wasn’t the finely oiled BWW machine I’m use to from Jersey. Our waitress was having a bad day and we still left her a generous tip as she was extreme apologetic and sympathetic. On a brighter note, my Stella was the highlight of my meal haha
