This is literally the WORST business I have ever come in contact with! They make it so easy to join, but absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I cancelled in October, yet I have continued to be charged in both December and January. When you go in to have them fix it, they claim that no one can do that except for the manager… who conveniently every time…“just stepped out”. Also, don’t bother leaving your information for the «manager» to call you back, because he never will… This place is an absolute joke! Do NOT JOIN. Go a little farther south and join the one in New Tampa. This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen!

Love this place. Great environment, great people (members, staff and instructors) and just enough competition to really keep me going. I’m glad I joined and am quickly becoming addicted!

4 stars… Yay! I’m a fan! I love the workout! The trainers are awesome!!! It’s a split session of cardio (30 min) and strength (30 min)…full body workout in 1hr! Trainers ensure good form and they constantly assist if you’re not sure what needs to be done. Not a 5 star rating because the customer service is not so great… although Mikayla’s energy is greatly reflected, Mikayla needs to think outside the box and be less scripted… she’s not thorough when providing me info, I have to fish for answers. Tony is GREAT! Even so, every time a message is left for the manager, I never receive a call back. I I still love OTF because it’s not so much about the customer service, its about the workout!!!
