I really love this place, I’m been here for 4 weeks and is absolutely amazing see the results and definitely I recommend it to anyone how wants to lose weight. the 6 weeks programs is awesome, and the coaches fantastic!

I have been going to this Bootcamp for over a year. I never liked any other boot camps I have tried. I was always intimidated by them and felt pushed too hard. I love this facility, program and trainers. The half hour workouts fit into my busy schedule but the workouts are as productive as if it were an hour. The trainers will challenge you but also provide modifications when needed. I have arthritis in my knee and shoulders and an injury and they have been great about modifying exercises for me.
The schedule offers many times to fit different schedules. The biggest compliment I can give is that this program has turned me into a morning workout person. Never thought that would happen but I am there at either 5:30 or 6am.
The owner also offers events to bring everyone together and cooking classes.
I would recommend this boot camp to anyone and every one.

Ladies, if you are looking for a women only gym then this is the place for you. I have been coming to boot camp here since the day this location opened in Jan 2015. I love that I show up and do my 30 min work out and some one else has the exercises and routines all worked out already. That some body is a bonafide personal trainer not just some one that knows some exercise routine. My body has changed, I am so much stronger and more confident than I was a year ago. So much so that I just completed my first 5K walk.
