This place is part of a big chain which is less than awesome, but the service is exceptional, and though the food is not the best Italian I have ever had, it is still quite good. I do like it a lot, and I will be back whenever I am in the area.

Other than to say some of the limited time specials have mushrooms in it,(allergic), please Fazoli’s, many of us can’t have them, the food is good and usually hot. Prices decent, service very good. My wife prefers Fazoli’s over family run Italian restaurants. Good job !!!

First time to Fazoli’s here in west allis. Great customer service. Employees here are extremely nice. Service was quick and the food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was very clean and I think I’ll be driving pass by Olive Garden. Oh and the bread sticks sooooo Delish, the never ending garlic breadsticks. Highly recommended to stop by. I am impressed with the service here. Thank you fazolis in west allis! @fazolis

Got a gift card to Fazoli’s and was looking forward to some quick Italian food. Used card there twice and both times the food had way too much oregano and basil… almost made me vomit. I understand that Italian food thrives on oregano but choking patrons on the spice is not a good idea. The service was good, the bread was soft and REALLY buttery, and the salads were nothing to write home about(I got the red wine vinaigrette and it was really strong).

THEYHAVE A FEZDOPPLEGANGER! Okay, I begin this review with the pointless observation first, to get it out of the way. Remember that character, Fez, from That 70’s Show? Well, he’s made his way to Milwaukee and is cheerfully working at Fazoli’s! I was actually pleasantly surprised by Fazoli’s. When I got the $ 25 gift card for Christmas from Endora(mom), I had to feign excitement. But my indifference to Fazoli’s was transformed into appreciation. Don’t get me wrong, Fazoli’s isn’t going to win any Top Chef competitions for ingenuity in the kitchen. I want to say that up front so that I don’t get corrected by the lean margin of readers that are hung up on everything not being«authentic». It’s Italian fast food. But it’s decent. Moving on… They have several entrees that can be upgraded to a Family Fresh meal(drink and choice of pizza slice or salad). Breadsticks are free and abundant. They are buttery and decadent, and completely unhealthy for you. I had the twice baked lasagna, and took my salad home to eat the next day. The entrée was what I expected. The flavor was there. And so was the salt. Fazoli’s gives people what they want – food from the four basic American food groups: sugar, salt, fat, and chocolate. Fez took great care of us! When he wasn’t taking orders and running them to tables, he was cleaning. When he wasn’t cleaning, he was passing out breadsticks in the dining room. Yay, Fez! When I ate the salad the next day, it was very fresh. The lettuce had flavor, and no veiny parts. The diced mozzarella was a nice touch. The dressing packets were Marzetti’s, and they had everything from Catalina to Buttermilk Ranch. The prices for combination meals $ 8.99. They also had layer cake and cheese cake in the case where you order. I took home some chocolate cake for someone else. I had a bite. It was surprisingly good. It tasted like cake from a bakery, and not like the inside of a restaurant refrigerator. I wouldn’t eat here every day, because the food is too heavy for my taste. But it’s definitely 5 stars if you understand the type of restaurant Fazoli’s tries to be. The location is terrible. You have to do a U-turn on Greenfield to get to it from ANY direction – rather odd. You can see the remnants of a McDonald’s under the veneer of pendant lights, a creative paint job, and Fazoli’s signage. When a McD’s leaves a neighborhood, you know the location sucks. Give Fazoli’s a try, and say hi to Fez for me!

For the price I think this place is pretty good. Went in last Friday with my husband and got the cheese ravioli with meat sauce. It was was tasty. I also really enjoyed the breadsticks. The employees were friendly and the place was clean. For the amount of money we spent I was very happy.

When it comes to dining out, Fazoli’s is the place to go for a great Italian food on a budget. When you are looking for something simple like a slice of pizza, or a bowl of spaghetti, you’ll find that’s Fazoli’s provides just the right amount of food for the right price. Plus with the free breadsticks. It’s hard to go wrong. They now serve the bread sticks to you at your table side, like they used to. On my most recent visit to Fazoli’s, I was specially pleased. The staff was very courteous, nice and very helpful. From order taking to sitting down enjoying our meal, it was all around a good experience. Now with the table side service of more breadsticks, everything was as you expect from Fazoli’s like years ago.

Fast food Italian is a niche market that Fazoli’s has cornered pretty well. Meals are typically ready a few minutes after ordering, with a variety of pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and salads available. Free breadsticks are available, very good though probably really bad for you. Fazoli’s used to have an employee wander around periodically handing those out, now you have to go to the counter to get them. The food isn’t fantastic, but it is really pretty good, especially considering that it is «fast food» Italian.
