Mattress Firm West Allis

I was looking at purchasing my very first brand new bed and didnt have a clue where to start. I spoke to David and he showed me some great options in the budget i had. Then i saw I could finace. We left and i continued to shop around, ultimately coming back to mattress firm
I was approved and we really got down to business. Finally deciding on a bed that was just right. i had the choice between a full or queen. Having a full already i opted for that. The bed was delivered 2 days later and i realized it was not the right size. After speaking with David and the area manager they helped me get the right sized bed.
The bed was just delievered… as i write this i am laying on it and could not be more happy!!! I will most definafely continue business and let everyone know how wonderful my experience was.
Word of the wise though: there is a difference between a full and an xl full. Please make sure you ask before you sign the dotted line. Other than that this company has been great!

George was awesome. He let us know the differences in the beds and really didn’t pressure us to buy. We did not intend to buy a non air chamber bed as we intended to buy a Sleep Number but we ended up getting a Tempur Pedic. Gave us all the good info on pillows as well! Anyhoo we recommend this store. Good customer service and worked with us on a delivery time. Recommend.
