Let me start by saying that I have been a loyal customer to OptimEyes for my entire life and have always been thoroughly satisfied with their service.
However, my experience at EyeGlass World on Orchard Lake Rd. was a remarkable one that greatly exceeded my expectations.
Let’s face it. When it comes to handling medical exams and such, we essentially want two things 1.) To be in and out. 2.) To not spend a lot of money. Eyeglass world has these two qualities in spades and adds a third; EXCELLENT customer service. The staff and doctors (the doctor I saw) are incredibly friendly and I was greeted several times by the manager over my two-day visit.
They’re brand new and I hope they do well.
