The dirtiest and the most disgusting men’s bathroom. Every weekend we meet with some friends. I know they are very busy and the make good money, but it does not seem they spend a penny on that bathroom. It is very smelly, the urinal leaks on the floor for a long time. the toilet looks disgusting and the paper towel dispenser was open or broken. I don’t think anyone checks or cleans the bathroom at that place. If the bathroom is so dirty, it makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is?

Time to update from my last review. Went here this past weekend with my parents because the Starbucks on Orchard Lake Rd. near Maple was closed — some sort of mechanical issue I think.
I ordered an Asiago bagel and a chai tea latte. I asked the cashier if the chai tea latte had milk in it (I’m like 90% lactose intolerant, so I get soy milk when I can), and she not only said it could be made with soy, she showed me the mix they used so that I could read the ingredients in it … really good customer service.
Panera seems to not charge extra for soy milk too, which is a plus over Starbucks, though I will say like $ 5.50 for a drink + bagel is a bit pricey.
I’d come back to this Panera when in the area.

Beware of the pastries at Panera Bread in West Bloomfield as they have a fruit fly problem.
Perhaps more care needs to go in keeping this location clean.

I’ve eaten at this Panera several times in the last few weeks. Customer service is always good, food great. Though this location can often be full with limited to no seating.

I gave it two because I genuinely love panera… But this restaurant is awful. Understaffed at 4 pm (start of dinner hours), couldn’t connect to their wifi after 4 attempts… So I am using a stores that is 5 stores down. And the woman who was making my order insisted it was finished when it in fact was not. When I pulled out my receipt, she was like shocked that I wast lying… I mean come on, I know what I ordered just 5 minutes ago.

My family’s been coming to this Panera for so many years. We love this location; everyone is friendly, the service is fast, and our food is always good. There is a gentleman named Brandon who usually takes care of us. He is so nice! The restaurant is kept pretty clean and it’s quiet and relaxing for those who want to have a nice place to study or work. I love coming here when I need to get some work done.

The morning staff is wonderful. I come once a week and find them sweet. I am surprised by the negative reviews about the workers. I love their bagels, power sandwich, and their iced tea is always fresh.

Bad service! How hard is it to take the right order? I’ve been there a few times and almost every time they screw up my order! I mean seriously, i ask for a cup of broccoli soup, I get chicken noodle instead, I ask for no onions, I get extra onions!
The people that work there definitely have a listening problem! I don’t think I’ll be going there again and if I do, I’ll be sure to check my order!

I stopped into this Panera the other day to grab a quick bite to eat on the way home from work. This is the third Panera I have been to.
The restaurant is fairly large, I was there alone but I didn’t feel like I was sitting right in the middle of someone’s business conversation or something. It was clean as well, which is fantastic in my book.
I ordered a bowl of soup and a cherry pastry, the broccoli cheddar was superb and the pastry was flaky and delicious. All in all, this is like your typical Panera, I would probably stop in for lunch again.
Took a star off because I felt rushed when I was giving my order, I don’t like that, it’s like come on, who comes here to just order one thing and no drink. But other than that it was fine.
So to sum this all up: If you like a typical Panera Bread restaurant then this is a good one to swing by.

This review is in relation to my experiences at other Panera Bread locations…
Some days, it hurts to not crave a broccoli cheddar bread bowl during a long day of work. This location, situated in a high-​traffic stay-​at-​home-​mom stomping ground of a strip mall, has some of the worst service of any Panera Bread I’ve ever visited.
I’ve been working in this area of town for going on four years, so I’ve dropped in this location on average once every few months because it takes me five weeks to get over the last mixup during the preceding visit.
The food… same as all Panera Bread locations… but even when the lines are not long, I still manage to have to go back to the prep counter to ask for my side, explain I didn’t order a sandwich or leave with the onions on a salad that I asked to have held.
