Bait and switch company. Corporate doesn’t care about its customers. Promise made but not kept by salesman. Get EVERYTHING in writing on your receipt before you walk out of their store. Will never shop here again. No integrity. Dishonest. Commission and sales-​thats all that matters to Mattress One.

We went in to purchase new beds for our new home. We purchased 4 beds, mattress protectors, and pillows. The beds arrived all except the bed for our master bedroom. The gentlemen, if you could call them that, were very rude to my husband. They brought two different type frames for our twin beds, one of which had rollers with nothing to stop them from rolling. The men jammed that bed into our wall causing a hole in our newly painted bedroom. They brought the queen size bed frame in a put another hole in our front foyer wall. We asked that when the master bed was delivered that these two men not deliver it. They delivered the wrong pillows and we sent the pillows they delivered back with the couple that delivered our king size bed. We have still not received the right pillows and it has been 2 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
